personally, i'd say that your attempts to create a stable environment for mushrooms are noble, but slightly futile, face_.
as Mr. Blonde hinted, you'd have a far greater chance of success if P. Cubensis / other hallucinogenic mushrooms (you said you were also going to be scattering chip bark). Observe for instance, Pan Subbs?* -always get these guys mixed up with the Subs and i'm not for brushing up on the spelling,

though i assure you the two are different species - grow on lawns. They do not grow in all lawns. As too, do Cubensis seem to have a preference for patches. Though i've never found mushrooms growing in feces, only the wood / lawn vareities, its always seemed to me that they like growing in places that look a certain way (well kept is probably the most noteable).
personally, i'd highly recommend that you find the spores yourself, and grow them, then mix the mycelium into the sod that you propose to scatter across your property.
as to alpacca / sheep poo i've no idea, but searching the shroomery may turn up some favourable results, as i know that they have been grown in other forms of fecal matter, but only in controlled environments.
