I've tried to watch that film several times and cannot get into it. So many people tell me it's amazing but I can't watch it, turn it off every time.

I'm gonna go see Batman at some point this week marmz, we'll compare notes! I quite like that it's a long film. Sometimes when I watch a film it feels like i've just got comfy when it's over. Especially with most block busters these days. They are made for audiences with short attention spans, that's why i've been getting really into foreign films.

I watched "Over my Dead Body", a Korean film (again) the other night. It was really dark and funny, and the plot was enjoyable too. I'd recommend that too.

Watched 'Cleanskin' with Sean Bean yesterday.
Pretty good film about muslim terrorists and secret service out to stop them, based in London, good film.

Watched this last night.

As expected it wasn't great. Not bad as far as swedger movies go though. Worth watching for Billy Boyd's ecto evangelism alone. Worst attempt at an accent ever (I would say Scottish accent but I'm not sure that was even meant to be Scottish, I hope not!) from Lloyd's wee pal who's into his wheatgrass, cannae mind his name.

Whatever you do, don't mistake it for this.

Which I did. Sat through half of that movie thinking "What the fuck is happening here? I don't remember this from the book. Why is it set in America?" then turned it off because it was appallingly bad. It was only when I went on IMDB to see what folk were saying about it bearing no resemblance to the book that I realised I'd been watching the wrong film

In the words of the scotch peoples 'it was a load of pish'.

Dreary from start to finish. With no action whatsoever.
Pretty much a slideshow of arty pictures accompanied by choir songs and classical music. V boring indeed.

Watched the new American Pie - The Reunion last night, pretty good, opening scene is classic

I want to find somewhere to download Reindeerspotting: Escape from Santaland, a documentary about a group of lads from bumfuck nowhere in Finland who do a lot of Subutex and speed and dream about leaving that place. This is the trailer, should be good.
