To me like everything in this world it all depends on what your looking for. Obviously IV/Smoked are the only routes to get the "slam you in the mother fucking face in .00000001 second after the plunge/hit" sort of rush then yeah I suppose your right, but IDK I have to say the roller coaster ride of IM(especially)and plugged is pretty damn sexy(the way its drawn out is so.....I guess for me its not always about power). I almost liked the rush from plugged ODT better than IV hydromorphone. The hydromorphone rocked me a bit more but the ODT's rush had more euphoria and warmth(I know some people will probably yell but first off, fuck hydrcodone/morphone, for me they blow giant dick and I want nearly nothing to do with them). I don't like IV'ing myself so I never did that with ODT but I bet the rush would be splendid. I also really like the ride from IM MDMA, that feels so sexy I almost don't even know how to explain that feeling(especially since it seems hard to get perfect but when I had some clear shards!)but the way it runs up you/through you...damn! I totally feel Cyn too. Smoking 5-Meo-DMT is out of this world, I mean smoking DMT is fairly nuts but that god damn rushing sensation from 5mgs of 5-MeO smoked on top of 25mgs snorted was insanity. Absolute insanity. I really enjoy the way IM ket hits to, only done it once but I could tell that feeling was love at first plunge, IM MXE is nice but it just doesn't slam like ket does for me. I'll probably edit this later when I think of more.

IV Oxycodone: 4/10

IV hydromorphone rush is comparable to none....well maybe oxymorphone but i havent had a chance to try it.

I gotta agree on this, I didn't expect anybody to mention these 2, I was sure everybody will mention the classic ones aka meth, hero, coke, mdma over and over again..
But for me, meph was 9/10 and
6-APB is a special one. It's not exactly rush in that it doesn't kick suddenly (only took orally so far) but the euphoria goes up and up for a good hour until it peaks so it's a kind of very slow yet insanely good euphoria.

^^is bupe recreational when ya IV it?
when used subligually it's not recreational at all. doesnt even compare to codeine. definitely not oxy

DO NOT IV BUPE. Take a look at this thread.

Seriously, Suboxone is sugar and flavoring in it, which is water-soluble. Meaning it goes through filters, even micron filters. And sugar is bacteria's best friend, as you can see from that thread I linked to.
 
you can IV bupe alone, not the suboxone bupe/naloxene, but just plain bupeprenorphine. It's a wonderful high similar to morphine IV mainly used in veterinarian hospitals for small injects

i didn't have any opie that day, started reading the insert with the seperately packaged injects 12.5mg a piece and it said "equivalent to 15mg of morphine. I was in w/d and thought BAM! popped the top and broke the seal, it's already in a syringe ready to go! that rush was one of the best i've ever had besides mixed liquid diazepam/morphine all medical grade

no im not addicted to any opiate except codeine. i rarely use oxy. & have only tried other a few times.
ive tried holding 8mg of bupe under my tongue, than another 8mg. it had NO effect.

how is no effect similar to morphine?
 
^I'm not calling you a liar, but I find it hard to believe that someone who can still get high off of codeine cant catch a buzz off of bupe.. It's just baffeling.
 
Properly vaporizing 90%+ purity Crystal d-methamphetamine
Plugging it is very good aswell (especially if a benzo was taken before plugging)

next best thing I can get a less intense euphoria from is d-amphetamine or d/l-amphetamine mixed with benzos
 
I some-what disagree with Znegative.

He could well be lieing. But as you know every drug effects one person all differently. For instance;

Opiates are my DOC. I've used several different ones, with oxycontin being my favorite (I love the slow time release). Morphine doesn't even get me high. Yeah, I've used it the 'correct' way to gain the most from it. Multiple times. But nothing. I get a much better high from dosing 150mg codeine than I would from any amount of morphine.

For the rush - I would rate snorting oxycodone the best rush I've had, mixed with blue lotus tea before hand. Though I like oral dose much better overall. And i'm not dependant on opiates. Yet.

Ritalin rush felt pretty nice too, but rate it much lower rush than oxy.

couldn't have said it better myself. never shot the coke though I just smoked rock... the rush from that is intense and makes me paranoid enough though, I'm not interested in even attempting to shoot it
 
woah.. I cant imagine shooting coke while smoking crack. It seems like a suicide mission.

Yeah, for me, IV coke rules the stimulant world, and IV oxymorphone rules the opiate world (as far as rushes go)
