Skazi is about as far removed from "psychedelic" as it is possible to be. His records bear more resemblance to stilton than music.

For a laugh: http://youtube.com/watch?v=v48sk7ba5eo

Hmm, i didn't actually mind it. Skazi is crap psy, but if you look at it as hardcore with psy roots, its alright. Psytrancemetal. He just gets bashed for cultivating a bullshitty image, and selling records- a relatively 'bad' idea if your a psy artist. That said, i only own Animal and have played it probably twice. Not my style, but pretty energetic dance music.

:)

PEPSI MAX!!!!

;)

i urge EVERYONE to get BUS - morebusinesslinkyouthere... i know i keep banging on about it but i think it's a fucking superb album...

also the new Liquid Records compilation is going to be fantastic. Beatnik, Tron, Fromem Ory

i urge everyone to check out BUS - morebusinesslinkyouthere... i know i keep banging on about it but i think it's a fucking superb album...

Recently saw Elohims Child, Fractal Glider, (Heard Liquid, which is Fractal Glider and Ozzy, from my tent), Son Kite, a bit of Atomic Culture (Atomic Pulse and Protoculture), Ott and Spoonbill. All live. MIssed out on Freq, Antix, Atomic Culture and a few others. Was fucking wicked though.

Man, im out of action, fucked hand.....cant work, cant write- CAN smoke though. Sliced fingers to bone..... no partying for a while :(

^Ah yes remember you saying that. Major bummer.

Peril Underground in Melbourne has a great collection of Psy Harmonics stuff and I want to grab some but I'm a poor uni student. :( Maybe next week.

I just checked out his MySpace and will add him to my friends :)

Half a Lamington!!! LMAO I remember walking around the Market Stage at RSF hearing this...

A clever boy is he... =D

Some good shows coming up in melb- Vibrasphere, albeit indoors, then the highly fun Earthcore in the park, Starring S.U.N Project (live) and Ace Ventura....the Royal Doof in a few months, :)

Anyone heard the latest S.U.N Project album, i've loved their previous work, Insectified being one of my favorite albums off all time. This little insect has haunted and guided and multiplied into varying hypercosmic particles during my DMT trips numerous times. :)

Should also mention Broken Toy coming up, I've only really heard Damage but may check him out

i've got a soft spot for broken toy. it's quite cheesy party-trance, but some of the sounds are just incredible. 'what it is' (from the alchemy records Fairy Tales compilation) is one of the best tunes ever. it has this incredible bassline which runs over the kick drum once every 2 bars... crazy.

Yeah, agreed. Broken Toy have the cheesiest basslines ever but they are ridiculously chunky and they played a wicked live set in Wales a couple of years ago. Don't get me started on SUN Project though...

Hujaboy is coming to Australia soon too (next month I think!) I'm gonna have to try & save up those pennies for a trip to Melbourne, but taking time off work is the main issue... so many good shows on even up til around June! An extended festival season... :D

^^^I think its a festival year myself, there is trance in melbourne every night except some nights so yeah its on on weekends and stuff.

That is indeed my proud beautiful rotty- Henry. Well, he's more his then mine, which is the way i want it, wild loving beast. Sad, because someone really frightened him and hurt his poor soul (i got him when he was 1 1/2 from a RSPCA shelter, where he was shaking in a corner surrounded by his filth), but good now cos he runs the household, sleeps on beds, but hates accidy psy squeals. At least he does that head-to-the-side thing dogs do when he hears the sound of audible acid. Arrooo?

IN FULL GLORY!
