Yap and a very interesting collaboration album is expected to be released this year on Parvati Records.. : split album with Derango, Psilo Cowboys (Jahbo & Mussy Moody) and Maniac
Bubbles
(Syntax Error & Eske from the Hokus Pokus project)

Derango is a guaranteed success, don't know about the rest though..

Awesome. Hadn't heard about this release but it sounds good, Hokus Pokus is good shit yo.

I'm listening to this:

Lucas presents: God Save the Machine

Proper old school goa with a twist, very nice.

These are both excellent albums. :D

I currently have Prometheus' new album Corridor Of Mirrors glued to my ears (quite literally). Benji Vaughan is right up there with Simon Posford for me, which seeing as he works with him quite closely (Twisted Records, Younger Brother etc.) comes as no surprise; he's learnt from the master!

Such a great album. Highly, highly recommended.

Of particular note is the track "9th-(The Man Who Swam Through A Speaker)". A track with reworked elements of Beethoven's 9th Symphony, it's a bona fide masterpiece, but to be honest the whole album is a twisted, stomping, inventive maelstrom of brain-rearranging soundscapes.

Quite simply awesome! =D

My little brother ordered my copy from the Twisted website.

Prometheus himself posted on psyforum the day it was released, & it turned out that I got a copy of the album before he actually he did! =D

I got home last night and all our held mail was delivered today... so finally I got my CDs!

Listening to Mind Your Own Isness right now... nice bouncey, dirt-kickin stuff compiled by Sirius Isness, of course... the right touch of full on/melodic... :)

still waiting for that BUS album - heard it at a friend's place, it's literally superfuckingfantastic. damn psyshop!

there's a great Moon Spirit comp too, called 'Echoes', which is older but just gorgeous.

^ I might check that one out! :)

There are some fine tunes on Sola Sonorum too on Spirit Zone... on there I'm really liking K.U.R.O. - Precision :)

**update** That 'Echoes' CD is from 2002... awesome! I like the few seconds I've heard of it already... :) I'm looking for some older stuff to kick-off my attempt to finally do some hardcore practicing now that I have my new mixer... a handful of new tunes and going to Rainbow in a week my inspiration is coming back! =D

yeah definitely check it out :) silicon sound's nexus 6 (original mix) is on there... killlargh ;)

rainbow in a week...

*cries*

have an awesome time y0

This time next week... I'll be slowly waking to a beautiful sunrise in Beaufort... slide outta my sleeping bag... unzip the tent (haven't quite saved enough for that swag, darn)... streeeeeeeetch/yawn... mornin' all! =D

Seuss I'm trying to look at convincing some people who have gone back home to make it to Rainbow Serpent 2008... two of our friends have gone to Japan... and Technomedics left about a year ago... I want them all to come back here for RSF 2008 (I've already started to drop hints to them)... you should aim to make the journey over with those guys! ;)

^^^I shall also emerge into the bass fuelled psychedelic colored bush, raise a startled glance to the sky and shout "YEEEFUCKINGHAAA"! so if you hear that a) come find me b) call an ambulance c) scare the elves out of my hair...

^ LOL if you spot a lost (but extremely happy) lookin girl in a stripey rainbow top with a looooong pointed hood... or in the chilly mornings, wearing a really thick stripey rainbow woolen coat with black fringing bouncing around... come say hi :P

I've just recently fallin in love with the track by Terminator - kfsbk on submarine yeeeeow it sends wibblies through my bodaaaay :D

I like wibblies.

Vibrasphere's dub remix of Floating Free on the Progressive Goa Trance Vol. 4 compilation is the bee's knees.

I've just listened to it 4 times straight through.

I've had Human Blue's latest album, misStARyA's Xperience, on heavy rotation. That guy knows how to make some good prog-psy :)

recently i've been listening to some killlargh stuff;

Fromem_Ory (liquid records) makes the MOST gorgeous cyborganic forest trance known to humanity... his latest track is awesome but i don't know the name (the version i have is called 'blablabla' :D)

m-theory vs. rinkadink - pillchecker / leopard queen. two collaboration/remixes by rinkadink and m-theory (marcello cimi and rob monastic squid), these are both kickass... i don't think pillchecker will make it to release but it's my favourite - floaty, oldstyle, soothingly melodic. reminds me of 'spectral monkey'.
