Perth BL meet-up - Kings Park picnic v2 - Sunday Oct 31st

BUNG!! you managed to put this on the one weekend half our staff are at this training thing so theres no way in hell i am going to be able to get any time off for this weekend :( which will make saturday very interesting because i am planing to go very hard for MoS hmm the price we pay for a good night out 8)
 
Can you pick me and Natedawg up on the way? Ill be the socially inept one in the corner, hiding behind a tree....

Got a few questions:

I'm in mandurah, and shit out of luck as far as transport is concerned. Is there public transport near kings park? Been ages since ive been up that way, any info mucho appreciato!

On the other hand anybooody coming up from this way want to sacrifice a seat in your automobile PM me? I dont bite.. hard aha

Shrug either way, ill get there if I have to run! okay okay jog.. ALRIGHT FUCKYA, powerwalk =D

You can get a bus to Perth city from mandurah...

Then there is some public transport available to Kings Park...

Just got to www.transperth.wa.gov.au and use the journey planner... it comes up with a few options, one of which is to walk to 1.5-2km to Kings Park.
 
Walking couple km's is nothing! Im just scared ill get lost 8)

Ill just drive anyway by the sounds of things. That journey planners giving me the shits, and i got ze old hilux running.. ill find a way. just dont tell anyone ;) :)

So how many people are actually planning to have a full blown picnic?

ie: red and white checkered rug, straw basket, various assortment of sangers, useless utensils??
 
I think it'll be more of a case of .. esky .. goon on ice .. maybe beer who knows and maybe some food.

For me anyway :)
 
If I rock up, it will be a case of "I'm in finishing assignment mode, I haven't been grocery shopping for a week, so I have no food in the fridge at the moment" kind of scenario...

...still, if I'm in the mood for procrastinating, I'll come for a drive...

...damn this essay sucks...
