Yeah he's one of my very best friends. We met on here and knew each other and modded PD together for a couple of years and then moved to the same town like 11-12 years ago. Met up and he was my first real friend in the area. Met almost every person I love and is family to me here now through him.

Excellent, nice always to me to hear some positive news for anybody, but pleases me for yourself especially because you give so much, no question care about other people quite altruistically, and the world, so just nice to hear.

Just vaping more weed this Sunday evening, well high on ganje plus 70 grams of strong Fijian kava today. You surely won’t feel the same exhaustion as last week also, but still had a wicked time to take that vibe into the week.

Nah never tried it before, I've also done the LSD + 2CB combo a bunch of times (sometimes with MDMA thrown in) and always had a great time. I wouldn't intend on anything but a mild dose of 2CE with that combo to see how they interact, but when I've mixed LSD+2CB the visuals took on a whole new level of awe.

20mg is a mild-ish dose of 2CB for me too, it really shines at like 30mg for me.

Hi mate. I have an irregular sense of humour. I was literally just joking. I just used you as an opportunity, not so often members report meeting up and Xorkoth is a lovely guy who can always take a good joke, so it was an opportunity to joke around in a different way.

Like, if he had said BuzzLightBeer (Just scrolled up for an example, too stoned for any imagination atm lol), I would have made the same little joke.

Would have been a great day for a light dose. I went to the pool with my wife and two daughters, they had a band for a couple hours that was playing tom petty and other covers (not bad, not great). Then we had a delicious dinner of ribs and a fire in the backyard while neighbors are shooting off fireworks for 4th of July. The kids are an obvious reason not to trip, so instead I manage to sneak a few tokes during the day and tonight have gotten a little sloppy around the fire on some blush wine that my in laws left here.

2C-E, LSD combo is absolutely crazy. The visuals breath in your emotions and exhale beauty.

Completely blew my socks off dosing the 2C-E around 2 hours into the LSD.

Like I said, no expert on combos, but I would have guessed to dose the 2ce first (if not both at the same time) since the comeup is longer.

With that combo I noticed the 2ce within minutes of eating it, very similar to how 2cb and lsd work where it's almost instantaneously tripping harder once it enters your system.

If I dose my 2cs orally I'll usually drink it dissolved in water and do notice some effect very quickly.

Didn't end up tripping the past week like planned just wasn't in the mood; Thinking maybe doing it today since some obligations I had today and tomorrow got cancelled at the last minute.
Thinking either plugging some 2c-p+2c-b later in the trip or some 2c-t4.
Wish I had more 2c-p then I did got a little bit wasteful with it at times.

i'm sure they managed to cross paths in my bloodstream in some part of some multi-faceted festival drug
cocktail.... Thinking about the potential raw power of that combo, I may have to take the time to explore
it some day. I need to find out why the last couple times I took a 2C I ended the night with a pounding headache.
I'm sure its something I could use some supplements to help, i'm pretty bad at doing things for my own health,
even thought I am not really unhealthy. Too much caffeine and sugar, too little water and actual nutrition in my life.

Sounds like a brutal combo. Now I wanna try it one day, but first I would like to revisit 2C-E on its own. It's been a while !

Pharmacological tolerance vs psychological habituation. For sure there is an important contribution of the latter at play. I think what we call "loss of magic" in regards to substances may primarily be just that. I think in the case of psychedelics, the danger with that is chasing the magic using higher and higher dosages, which puts you at a higher risk of eventually having a disastrous experience.

They definitely are both factors. I find that behavioral/psychological tolerance develops the more experience you have with something. Over time, with psychedelics, I have come to really know how they affect me, and the change from sober to tripping is so much less jarring and feels more natural and comfortable. I also experience less ego loss and amazement. This is separate from pharmacological tolerance, which I don't really have anymore, with weed or with psychedelics. I can get very strong and satisfying effects from both, but no matter how much time I take off, I can never re-experience the sort of experiences I had back in the early days, and that's because I've already been there so much. The unexpected, the brand new pathways being forged, are something that can't be replicated.

Basically, over time, the magic has changed and become more incorporated into my being. I don't take higher doses, I just don't expect the same effects anymore.

That always happens to me on 2ce and 2cb, with the headache usually persisting the next day. I am normally not prone to headaches.

I’ve read a suggestion that 2c-x are oxidizing and can produce free radicals in your body. The suggestion went on to day that you could pre-dose antioxidant vitamins C and E to try and prevent it. Never seemed to work for me. Eventually I decided that it’s not really “worth it” for me to trip on 2ce/2cb

Crazy that you can feel it so fast! Hard to remember but I think 2ce always took about 50 minutes for first alerts for me. I always drank it in liquid, not fully dissolved.

On your combo, did you end up with “only” a 2ce trip / comedown near the end? 2ce duration is about as long as lsd for me, and since you dosed 2 hours later, I would think that would make for a long drawn out come down

Man that sucks, I don't know if I've ever gotten a headache from a 2C-X. Maybe once or twice.

I reckon the 2C-X headache would be more related to vasodilation/constriction issues and dehydration than oxidation and free radicals.

I've noticed that 2C-X does tend to threaten me with a headache, which I always seem to keep at bay by drinking water like a fish. Other people I've tripped with have complained of headache from them.

I always drink a lot of water (except occasionally depending on the situation) so that's probably why it doesn't seem to be a problem for me. My most frequent headache substances are serotonin releasers like AMT and MDA.
