Its definitely the case that tolerances to traditional opiates (herion) and non-traditional (obscure fentanyl derivatives) are not proportional. I do believe you, tolerance to things like this do seem to go up much faster than to heroin (which is still quite fast). I used heroin for a few years, and towards the end, my usage stayed fairly consistent for a long time (purity stayed the same)

And I've read before, I think it came from the Swiss "shooting gallery" studies (whatever that program is called) that users did reach a usage plateau after a while, I think 2 grams/day. Maybe they could have gone higher, I don't know, but they were content once they reached somewhere around that level. With fentanyl, or other opioids, this will surely be different, because even with regular fent using several milligrams a day is not only not unheard of, but like you said before, reasonable. With things 100x stronger than that, or however strong they are, who knows?

Sorry for the leave of absence from this thread... especially to the poster who was asking about the differences between opiates and synthetic piperidine derivatives like Fentanyl. I think the above quoted segment tries to answer the same question that you have and the answer is that we simply do not know why it happens, but even on this message board there is an almost inexcusable number of anecdotes involving fentanyls building tolerance above and beyond comprehensible dosing levels for those of us not in possession of a life time's supply of narcotics.

While the Fentanyl family of drugs are opiate receptor agonizing chemicals, the way they are metabolized and excreted is drastically different from morphine drugs, which is what I meant by my original post and this reason alone is enough to warrant additional research into the way these drugs work in my own opinion. If anyone does knows more about this than wikipedia does though, please do post and enlighten us all.

And to the OP... You are one tough fucker. If possible could you tell us how much better (if any) you are feeling physically... as well as mentally? I know you mentioned that as a body builder you feel like a little girl strength-wise about now, and the fact that you went out for a walk is a great sign of progress, whether you know it or not. I have been thinking of you these past days and wish only the best. Also, don't get too hung up on the morality of your actions right now, there is a time and place for that kind of debate and right now you just need to get better.

update: I found the cure for opioid Insomnia (no joke). 500mg taken 3x a day of GABA (gamma amino butyric acid) capsules, combine with 250mg a day of Rhodiola Rosea extract, and 3 tbsp a day of Udos choice Oil.

Since the DAY i started taking the GABA and RR, I fall asleep within 5 minutes or less of hitting the bed. That means in a 24 hour period I went from taking 6+ hours to fall asleep (and usually NEVER falling asleep), to just 5 minutes. The only thing that differed between that 24 hours was the GABA and RR intake

Combine with as much excercise as you can possibly crank out. 3mg of Melatonin before bed seems to help sleep even longer (extra 2 or so hours). Take multi-vitamins and mineral supplements, anti-oxidants as well cause theyre only gonna do benefits for you.

One issue im having is im dreaming INSANELY vividly and it sucks. It feels like im 'awake' in a dream my entire sleep, theyre the LOOOONNNGGGEEEESSSTTT feeling dreams ive ever felt. The othernight I had a dream I was in a dwarf world and I was the only normal person there and got trapped inside a jewelry store by the alarm and it filled with smoke and I was choking to death then wokeup. Whats it mean??? DONT WATCH LITTLE PEOPLE BIG WORLD BEFORE SLEEP!!! ugh!
