Official Tramadol Discussion Thread - Second Swallow

Earlier tonight I ate 800mg Tramadol (dangerous, I know) and I was very unimpressed. No opiate tolerance. Then I took some lorazepam and it completely overpowered any of the opiate feeling rather than boosting the. There's a tendency to nod, but pretty much no euphoria. I guess Tramadols not for me. At least I got the shit for free.

I find tramadol to be my favorite drug. I get some intense effects - even empathy. However, tramadol does lack the "warmth" sensation associated with more potent opioids. I would still pick 100-200mg of tramadol over any amount of any opioid anytime.
Yes I love tramadol, but I assure you, every month when I run out 2 or 3 days early, I fucking hate tramadol. With a passion.
 
I had 200 mg this morning. It's ok with a little weed... I feel the effects better it seems like if I smoke with it. I still don't like trammies anywhere close to oxy, but they were available......

I agree 100% I feel so relaxed when I pop that little ball of a pill (I chew mine it hits you way faster I say F ER! I want that feeling right away!) and when I shake the pill bottle and hear complete silence I die on the inside...then theres the wd and I want to really die...me and tram have a love hate relationship. I like to think of it as the best friend anyone could ever have. When tram is with me nothing can get me down but when tram leaves I feel like putting a loaded gun to my head...and pulling the trigger...:|
 
How much is the risky of seizure? Can occur with a single dose of 50mg or needs accumulative doses around days?
 
I'm SO glad I don't take this crap anymore. It become really toxic to me after years of use.
I'm clean now.
 
i've found that it does something for severe nerve pain (brachial plexus shredded) that oxy and hydro can not do. it's almost like it allows me to actually somewhat enjoy the oxy/hydro, as hard as it seems to do.
 
i used tramacet for three weeks after an ankle surgery......

i found it has the most stomach pain in WD compared to other real opiods or opiates......
 
not a daily basis, but it wont help to do it continually...

and those doses are just fine.................
 
When I was about 17 years old, I did the very stupid thing of taking 250 mg of tramadol to get high while at the same time I was on 40 mg of citalopram(an SSRI) daily. I bought the tramadol from a friend. Luckily I didn't get any seizures from that combination... In my opinion the tramadol high was identical to codeine. I didn't get any side-effects such as itches from either.
 
Can I grow my dosage slowly to find where starts the "seizure caution signals" or seizures appears without any advice on early doses? For example, if 150 mg is fine (any alarming side effect), 200 will can cause seizure attack? If the answer is yes, tramadol seems difficult to handle... in recreationally terms at least.
 
also it doesnt matter if one day your fine... at anypoint or any dosage your body can react diff to trmaadol. Maybe one day 700MG doesnt do anything negative the next day or time you do 700 mg you could have issues....

Tramadol just may not be your thing for recreation. Some of us get nothing from it, while others (like me) feel really good on it. I feel better on tramadol than I do on other opioids/opiates. Even morphine.

if you had to describe how tramal differs compared to other opioids, how would it be?

I usually take codein, DHC, morphine, OXY and rarely H....but have some tramals lying around.
