i would of taken that one a lil more seriosully if the guy wasnt staring at my arse the whole time he said it 8)

but still a nice comment ;) drunken people are funny :)
 
After an absolutely atrocious past fortnight or so, just anything and everything that could go wrong, has. I was just sitting down stairs from work having a smoke and this girl who i've never seen before just came towards me, smiled sat down and started chatting.

I know its not a compliment persay, but i forgot how lovely a gesture it is to just smile at a stranger. It's really made my day.
 
sure is! A smile (especially from a 'stranger') is SOOO powerful. That's definetly a compliment in my eyes... it says 'you're worth talking to'. hehe

Written by someone who I have a lot of respect for. Things always mean more when you respect the person who utters it.

Your words, whether you mean them to or not, have a poetry about them and some of your perceptions, while slightly left of centre, are wonderful to behold, like a sunset after an event or a shooting star.

I would go so far as to say it made my day even though I'm sure he didn't mean it to have that effect. =D

Saturday night at the Rose n Crown in Surfers, pilling for the second time, totally munted and dancing the best way I knew how... some gorgeous girl comes up to me and says something along the lines of "Best motherfucking moves of the round!!" gives me a giant hug and goes on her way :)
 
I got told I was unusually perceptive today. They then asked if it had something to with me not smoking, I said probably, they then said I should quit, my reply, not likely.
 
at work on friday night i got an award given by customers who watch the bar staff. it was...

"Miss Congeineality(sp?) Of The Bar" :D my boss was so proud he shook my hand!
 
Two of my friends recently told me that they had discussed it when I wasn't there, and had come to the conclusion that I had the "perfect" body. Although I in no way agree with them, this made me feel really good!
 
This morning when I woke up after having 4 hours sleep after getting trashed last night, makeup smudged all over my face, beer breath, and my boyfriend tells me 'you're just so beautiful, even when you are hung over'.

Now that's dedication.
