Damn, four people thought I was serious? I thought it was pretty obvious I was joking.

Regarding the Uma Thurman comment, I think I could do a huge line of coke and act relatively normal. I doubt I could fool people who know me, but I could totally act straight in front of the waiters and the general public.

Because the idea of requiring illegal actions in a contract, not to mention filming and using an actual overdose, strikes me as pretty absurd.

I KNOW Johnny Depp has done some drugs to act as well as he did in fear and loathing though he is quite an actor anyway; the same goes for Benicio Del Toro.
 
Best and worst movie ever to watch on the nod

This movie may be a good movie, I'm not sure since I was sky high and on the nod during the whole thing and it fucked me up - I couldn't follow or comprehend it for shit. The movie in question is called Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind. First of all the movie itself is a nod, and as i was nodding in and out hallucnating and dreaming watching it in cuts and pieces my mind blew a fuse and felt like I was tripping. Not good.

Just giving all yall junkies a warning.

On the reverse note, The best movie to watch while nodding in the warm blanket of heroin is The Life Aquatic. In fact, you don't even need to be high at all to see that it's a masterpiece of a movie and my current favorite, besides Vanilla Sky and Naked Lunch of course.

Feel free to share your best and worst nodders.

Oh yeah, nature shows about the secret life of insects, snakes, amphibians, and dinosaurs are also awesome nodders cuz they are also naturally relaxing. Can't do mammal nature shows, mammals are just too passé and uninteresting.

how can you say "The Life Aquatic" was a good movie!? That movies was so fucking boring, theres no way I could watch it agian...fucked up or not...
 
^it might be just me and the OP but i thought THE LIFE AQUATIC was great. must be a certain type of humor that likes this one

Oh hell yes i saw that last week while nodding, sleep deprived and stoned as all fuck... I havnt laughed like that from a movie, EVER.

well to be honest i can watch a fucking blank wall for 3 hours if i got a good nod on.
however maybe you would prefer Drugstore Cowboy and/or Gift.
 
Someone mentioned anime, and I think Cowboy Bebop is really fun when you're noddin in either Japanese or English. As for Requiem for a Dream, watching that makes me fiend like a bitch for opiates. I love watching it when im high on opiates though.

I think the question is what ISN'T amazing on opiates.
 
Irrelevant. How does it matter if you are on the nod as your driffing off and can't pay attention. After wasting so much cash in the past seeing movies stoned I've decided not to waste my time. Heroin and a movie you want to see are a bad combo.
