Movies and Drugs[MEGA MERGED]

^^after I wrote mine I remembered that i forgot a movie that is really good but i couldnt remember the name and it was really bugging me. It was a Clockwork Orange. Thanx to Blowmonkey for putting that. That is a really good movie. The book is really good too. Another book that is really good that's a movie is requiem for a dream.
 
I find animation the most visually appealing. It helps to keep me engauged through out the movie. Check out the following animated greats. BTW Fantastic Planet is one of the coolest movies I have ever seen. Really funny adventure.

WAKING LIFE the best movie ever, but it may be a little hard to follow if your tripping really hard.
Finding Nemo was a complete supprise to me. One of the best movies I have seen in a long time. Visually stunning to say the least.
 
i watched fantasia. and was amazed. i wanna find all non verbal films like this. they are soooo good. wow. i dunno if id like nemo etc. but will try. too much plot?

ps doseing more shrooms straight after u peak (2-3 hours) is amazing.
 
I saw the Deer Hunter while tripping and it scared the living shit out of me. Watching Walken and DeNiro playing russian roulette in front of 50 screaming Vietnamese men was too deep for me.

But I do recommend:

Reservoir Dogs (At the end where Chris Penn, Harvey Keitel, and Lawrence Tierney are all pointing guns at each other and Penn goes "Larry, quit pointing that gun at my dad!!!! BOOOM! was hardcore, I had to check my underwear in the morning for surprises)

the Blind Melon documentary
Natural Born Killers
Requiem for a Dream
 
Anything animated - particularly computer animation a la Pixar and Dreamworks.

High doses of Ketamine plus TV makes for some of the most bizarre experiences possible.

I was watching the Sopranos while enjoying a large dose of K. It was the season two finale where they shot Pussy.

Suddenly I realized that the normal separation that exists between the screen and the "real world" was gone.

That was bad, because I was witnessing a murder. If Tony happened to see me, I'd be in trouble. So I just stayed real quiet and watched. I contemplated watching from behind the couch, but my ability to control my limbs was long gone.

some other good movies wich i think you should enjoy while smoking or tripping: the other day i saw 12 monkeys, reminded me of how good bruce willis can act (love his movies if they're any good). 13 ghosts has got an extremely good story innit (while stoned that is:) ), 8 mile, god how i love that big guy. seven, one of the movies that i enjoy watching brad pitt act. Don't Be A Menace To South Central While Drinking Your Juice In The Hood- Loc-Dog, haha innit the wayans bros really funny movie, ANY (well, most, haven't seen em all..) jim carrey movie, he has to be one of the best comedy actors alive. i love those old movies such as ghostbusters or the never ending story, all the indiana jones movies, first two jaws movies (the suspense, can't get tired of it) more of jim henson ofcourse the muppets, any of them..

there are three rather old movies i can't seem to remember every time i post here, they are absolutely the ones i would HIGHLY recommend!! one of them i believe is called the unicorn or the last of the unicorn, thought it was one of the first movies/the first were tome cruise played in (if i can remember correctly). i will most definitely post back on this, i just have to share these three movies with you guys, it means too much for me..:(

btw, let's keep this thread fight club clean, that other one is just flooded with that movie, i just don't see how you can watch that movie without thinking; " now this is boring.." :D

INFOMERCIALS...funny story...every seen the one about miracle blades? my friends ate a bunch of shrooms and were tripping face while watching. They discovered a subliminal message telling them over and over "buy the knives! buy the knives!"

a must see...jacob's ladder...whether you're tripping or not.
 
well, i can remember one of those movies, certainly my old time favorite, used to watch that movie when i was a little kid non stop, don't know why i couldn't remember it..:\ it's Willow. the movie is just amazing, i can definitely imagine what it would be like when tripping, i can't wait to see it again!!

all the cartoons i like and all the action hero movies are from; marvel, walt disney (especially his older creations, fantasia, winnie the pooh), akira toriyama and other manga. it's so facinating to watch cartoons, i don't know, there's just something about them..:)
 
The new Cat in the Hat movie,..saw it on shrooms it was crazy!!! each sceen made me think i was on a differnt drug!

nooh, what have you done...? it's not fair, now i've got to endure looking at all those fight club posts.. too much !! it's too much.. ;)

n e way, just felt the need to say that i've seen X-men 2 now (god, finally) and it IS much better as number one, but still needs lots to be done.

had to watch Hook again, still think it's an extremeley good movie, also re-saw X-files the movie, in the beginning i thought i was watching one of the eps from tv, later i realized it wasn't. still good. remember seeing an old movie called Odyseuss, weird, but story is classic. Ben hur, also classic. la or le Papillon, great movie. can't remember much else now, going to pick my nose again :)

"Fear and Loathing" in Las Vegas on low plateau dxm or PCP 8(

And sure "Slap Shoot" with a good blunt =D
