^ That was exactly why I used to redose for days, even though the body needed sleep, I just didn't "want to come back down from this cloud. It's taken me all these years to find out what I need, yeah" well, that's what I thought at the time.
These days, the ice that I get feels much cleaner, plus I IV now instead of snort (I used to snort so much I had constant random nose bleeds in both nostrils that would just come out of nowhere, even after I stopped and hadn't used for years). Every now and then, especially in the hot weather I'll get one. I went to my GP about it and he said it was a damaged nerve? (or something) that he could burn and close up, but it happens so rarely now since I don't snort anything I don't think it's worth it.
I'll only use meth for a max of 2 days, usually only 1 day with a couple of doses, 3 at most but usually only and the come downs are barely noticeable these days. The fact that I don't go out and drink like a fish probably helps more than anything else. I stick to drinking enough water to keep myself hydrated most of the time with the occasional beer, maybe some diazepam and obviously opiates if they're around.
I used to get comedowns so bad I literally couldn't think or function at all for at least a day with residual effects for another day or two. So glad I stopped that lifestyle, I'm sure I fried my brain and had a mini mental breakdown that I'm still kinda dealing with now. But I think it's under control and slowly getting better.
