Mephedrone Megathread VII: Misunderstood Marvels & Malingering Metabolites

More than just remembering facts as there's plenty of mathematics (receptor bindding affinitiesm dissociation constants, enzyme inhibition & kinetics as well as haveing a good understanding of organic chemistry structures etc. More fects than theorectical physics, bur a lot more work involving deriving things from mathemetical relationships and more than a smattering of the dreaded statistics. Personally the biggest thing other than the mathematics is being able to imagine organic molecule conformations in 3D


I came up a little bit (after an hour or so)... thought this is probably going to be it (as we did it the night before).. was still pretty happy, enjoying the music etc. As the night went on I kept coming up more and more.. but ever so gradually. By the end of the night I'd say we spent 2 hours coming up...maybe 2 hours at the highest point and an hour or so coming down. Was a great night and I've never had that before, it wasn't just me either it was all 3 of us.

It's amazing what having a decent blood sugar level with lots of glycogen (the fast release complex carbohydrate some blood glucose is turned into for rapid release, unlike the rst that ends up as fat & takes a lot longer to mobilize for energy) can do for improving an experience, especially with drugs having a stimulant nature. I suspect those who complain about sleepiness after meph, peevee etc have low blood sugar, a problem made worse in the long run from chronic stimulant abuse

Nothing to do with the food providing an extended release environment, and providing a feeling of constantly coming up?
 
After a whole weekend on meph I spent most of Monday sleeping.

I went to bed at 4AM Tuesday morning. I was up at 9 with pain around my heart. I downed 2 panadol's and managed to sleep a bit more afterwards.

I've to admit that they're less painful than what they used to be, as after previous binges i've had, i used to get the pain for up to 3 days afterwards.
 
Tried Meph for the first time last week. Wasn't planning on it but had gotten 2g's for a mate who wanted me to hang onto it for him. Had a few beers and ended up doing it all in fuck sake. Ordered an other 2g's to cover it and ended up doing that in as well the other nite and am now suffering. Wish I had a few benzos. Had to hit the beer yesterday when I got up first think as the panic was pretty bad. I'm a bit better to day. Still a bit panicy but better. Just that usual feeling of dread and thinking I've fucked my heart up and will drop dead at any second, not a good feeling. I was expecting a better hit to be honest but even after 2g's I didn't really feel fucked up. And the smell.... Jesus does it ever go away?

Long story short... I can't have drugs lying around as I've fuck all willpower and am starting to slowly realise stims are not for me.
 
Just a quick query, but is it alright to take Mephedrone while on L-Theanine?

I know 5HTP and SJW are supposed to lessen the effects of the high, just wondering if l-theanine is at all similar
 
A teenager died at a house party after experimenting for the first time with a dangerous drug available legally on the internet, friends said yesterday.

The body of Ben Walters, 18, was found sprawled beside a 28-year-old woman who is now fighting for her life in hospital.

Both are understood to have taken mephedrone, which is sold as a fertiliser but produces a similar euphoric high to ecstasy if ingested.

Torri Ivers, 16, a college friend of Ben's, warned the public needed to be told about the dangers of mephedrone.

'Nobody thinks it's dangerous because it's legal. It's a substitute for heroin but you can get it over the internet,' she said.

I think the point is, kids of 16 are taking this stuff knowing absolutely NOTHING about it.

My son is a friend of a friend of the lad who died and apparently it was a heart attack, same as the girl in Brighton.
 
ive been meph free for the past 3 weeks and feeling good for it, more energy and motivation, less emotional and dodgy. only thing ive indulged in has been booze. however there is a drum n bass/dubstep night coming up this saturday in exeter, no doubt ill end up doing some there. seem to have strong will power though and dont think ill go much above 300mg, as the come downs and side effects are fucking terrible for me after doing it on and off for 6 months. might try and avoid it all together although after a few drinks i cant resist. every time i did meph it was with booze, and now when i drink it makes me want meph. kinda like the feeling of needing a ciggerate
 
I just thought I'd add to this. I took it a couple of weeks ago on a night out for the first time and - oh my God - I most certainly will be doing it again <3

I've been finding these past years that on pills I get totally mongy and frankly the feeling isn't the same as it once was (and that's leaving it a year between them), so I took a 250mg capsule of meow along with the pill after hearing about it on the news, and I'd go as far as to suggest that it made the pill feel like almost the first time. Not totally, just almost.

I danced on the stage at the club and everything, I haven't danced on a stage for about 9 years :\

The only downside was the pretty harsh comedown, but that could have been through mixing it with ecstasy, getting 1 hour sleep, drinking too much etc. I still felt off my tits at 11am the next day, after taking it about midnight, and that was only 250mg.

Bedfordshire Police said they were alerted to a strong smell of gas at a property in Buxton Road in Luton.

Officers discovered one man who was suffering from the effects of inhaling gas and a second man who was pronounced dead at the scene.

Student Ben Walters, from Berkhamsted, died at an address in the town. Six people were arrested on drug offences following his death

There's been someone who has killed themselves because they were meph'd, I highly doubt this. Hung himself when offit of meph? I dunno :|
 
Geting some meph this weekend and decided im not going to snort it cause it destroys your nose. I heard the best way to do it is to put about 200mg in a gel cap, just wondering where do you get the gel caps from, can ya just buy them in a chemist??

Buy the dirt cheap paracetamol packets from a supermarket and empty them out. In my experience when I borrowed some scales - 1 large gel cap fits 250mg of Meph in if you stuff it to the brim.

Google is your friend :) Size 0 or 00 geletine caps

Better than that is to mix 150-200mg in 150ml of ribena and down it on an empty stomach

I can believe this.

Back in the day when i used to take pills (semi) regularly at the local techno club I always used to make sure i ate a proper dinner before hand, usually something like pasta to get the carbs in my body before dancing for hours on end.

Also i used to take something like a mars bar or two in my coat pocket so that i could eat one (or more likely, a bit of one) at the after party.

I still got comedowns but never so bad as some peoples, which i always put down to not drinking alcohol, not staying up for more than 24 hours and not going without food or sugar for the whole time i was high.
