I have held myself to only taking 175mg's total one night with my family at a bar, and low dose meph(like 25mg lines) creates a subtle but nice buzz. Especially if you have something else in your system.

With regards to the whole powder/crystal thing... a certain someone in china told me directly that he produces both the powder and the crystal - they are exactly the same. Any difference in effect is down to cut added by dishonest retailers here.

I don't cain it anywhere near as much as Capn, and i found 250mg bombs to be fairly underwhelming.

However, i'm not suggesting anyone takes my experience as something to really follow! (HR FTW!! )

Kid, do you find that dropping a second 250 if the 1st was a little underwhelming, you'll still hit the level you wanted initially?

Or do you find that if you make that first bomb too small to give you a good slap, that's it you've missed the boat so to speak and any more bombs just prolong the (slightly) underwhelming buzz rather than pull you right up?

I just found i was waiting for the come up and sat around twiddling my thumbs, rather than the sub-10 minute come up of 2 fat and juicy lines.

I think maybe combining a 250 bomb with a fat line about 30mins later could possibly be a decent combo, but then why fuck about with the bombs at all? I have heard all the stuff about bombs being better than lines, but it just doesn't seem that way for me. Horses for courses and all that!

Yeh I think that's directed at me- I asked about the doses other fairly heavy users usually dropped.

And I used to feel exactly the same way as you Kid regarding snorting. But now that I've put 40 or 50-odd grams up the nose it kinda feels like it's tired and old . Like you know how people sometimes say to alcoholics or whatever they have "the liver of a 60-year-old?" I think I have the nose of a 70-year-old lol. So I'm giving snorting a rest now for a good while...

That's it mate each to their own and all that but I'd definitely rather bomb if something works by that ROA. Up the conk is only for stauff that has to go up the conk for me!!!

One of the mental things for me is just how fast the meph hits when you snort it. I almost snort it just because i can't get my head around how nuts it is. :D

Obviously downside is it's equal to snorting up ground glass mixed with chilli pepper.

i don't really find it painful, but its obvious that it completely destroys your nose. i have to say, my main concern, which as far as i know has NEVER been mentioned is what its doing to my gums. I reckon it must receded the fuck out of them and that defiantly IS permanent damage

I know of atleast one vendor who sell their mephedrone in 350mg capsules. Good quality too, but overpriced.

Didn't find it too intense, but know of others who wish they took half, then rizla bombed the other half 40mins later.

I'm not being big headed but I have been doing the stuff since last March. I know what I'm talking about. After 750mg - 1g is it aint going to give you the same feeling is it. Same as a g of MDMA, only really the first 500mg is a good dunt.

Don't take my advice fine, it makes no odds to me. I'm simply telling you all the first 2 doses with meph or MDMA are the most effective.

If you want to get a better buzz and 250mg aint cutting it, do 300+, 2 big oral doses then sniff the rest. Over a g isn't as good. The first 2 doses of anything always hit hardest....

Oi ya wee ned, I wasn't having a fucking whinge! Just posting my findings (and since it was me taking the stuff, i'll think you'll find I know what i'm talking about )

Plus I find the redosing of meph is far more effective at reaching a similar buzz than MDMA. But, as with all this talk, there is so many fucking variables to consider that you can't just stick to a tried and tested formula of amounts and timings. And without wishing to be "big-headed" () I was taking drugs when you were just a wee dream in ya mam's thoughts, so I think I know what i'm talking about.
