Not looking forward to it being made illegal, purely because really like it....at lower doses.
The whole feinding issue, yes done a few 1g from 9pm to 10am having _promised_ not to have more than 0.5
Cracked it a while ago though.
Measure out a limited amount, say 333mg, start evening with a finish at 1am or the bag, whichever is the sooner.
But heres a little trick some might find useful. When that time comes, just smile, and tell yourself its OK not to have anymore. That's it.
Now before I get shot down for talking sh1t, it does work. The fiending can almost be described as your brain starting to miss the feeling and it gets you mildly agitated until the reward centre kicks in having re-dosed. If you can calm your brain down,by re-assuring it that its ok not to have anymore, the _need_ seems to ebb away surprisingly quickly.
The fretting and worrying about having too much / not enough etc tends to lead the the "oh, feck it". By avoiding the worrying, keeping it simple, you avoid the feinding.
Works for several other friends who I've spoken with.
(Plus the usual, couple of beers, plenty of water and the ginkgo biloba + 5htp for a couple of days after.)
