I would recommend not bringing or having a large amount of the opium with you. The sedative effects the opium will have on you will probably not be that great combined with the MDMA effects. Just be safe, and don't forget to drink water ;)
 
save that OC for the comedown or maybe just another day. seems like mdma would overpower the oc anyways, seems like a waste
 
I've tried this and it feels amazing. It made my MDMA experience have that sparkly submission to bliss that I only really experienced the first time I did MDMA. If you're worried about the acetaminophen, look up how to do a cold water filtration of your pills - I've done it dozens of times; it's foolproof and works like magic. and it makes the onset of opiates faster. I'd take opiates first then the MDMA if I hypothetically were to do this combo again.
 
I agree with the above. I've done it many times to no detrimental effect; if anything, the opiate helps with physical stress related to MDMA (ie. increased blood pressure and heart rate, insomnia, etc.).

Mdma + heroin + Nos, any known issues?

My mate is a heroin addict and wants to try the combo of H plus mdma plus Nos.

I want to check to find out if there are any known issues with this combo.

I am aware after searching that the H and mdma are pretty good together and couldnt find any negatives or likely problems there but nothing regards the addition of Nos at some point throughout the night.

Thanks for any assistance.
 
I don't know of any issues, if H + MDMA are safe together then I imagine NOS couldn't do too much damage. Just be careful with the NOS, start off slow and work your way up, and don't go overboard.
 
According to TheDEA.org's statistics page most deaths involving MDMA aslo involved opioids. This doesn't conclude it is a horrible idea to mix them but it would certainly seem riskier than either substance alone and great care should be taken.
SWIM has done MDMA with both heroin and oxycodone, and found the combos to be pleasurable despite having vomitted on both occassions.
 
It's not the best idea to take MDMA and opioids, the compete with each others metabolism to a degree; however it is not that dangerous.

The NOS does not make it any more dangerous.

I've done Heroin and MDMA before. I had no problems. Granted I didn't overdo either dose. The actual combo was 1 gram shrooms, 1 E pill, and then after the concert about 3 hours later I did one shot heroin.

Needless to say, I felt like god must have felt. Pure bliss. Prolly takes a toll on your head though. And, everyone is different, so I'm not saying its safe, but I survived and loved the experience. Have never repeated though.

Not sure how some NOS would effect the experience.
 
The stimulant effect of MDMA may make him feel the heroin less; if this causes him to take more heroin, he's at increased risk from overdose via respiratory depression (or related problem). The classic problem with the speedball...

As bilz0r says, competition at enzyme sites will result in higher blood levels of both.
 
never did them both, only one after another, but ive seen guys on that combo and they always was ok. one time 3 of us rolled and one of us shot h lil time before we dropped, so we all talked shit grinded teeth were all rolling nutts, the guy on h was the same, minus dilated pupils. they were microscopic, and he all went grinding teeth and rolled hard with those pupils it was fun!!!
an other guy ate e and snorted some h and just ''slept'' in the park on his roll lol, nothing unpleasant happened to him..
And WTF to combine laughing gas with h!?!?! its fun on weed, acid, and mybe on E itself but E+H+N2O sounds really weird.
BTW H has the craziest CEV's ive ever had on any drug!!! at least while after something else

So all those times I dropped pills, and when i started peaking immediatly smoked fentanyl, it was BAD for me?

Took 4 E pills last night/this morning-


I've got plenty of hydrocodone/vicodin but no alcohol otherwise I'd add alchy to this list too. I took a rather large dose of norco and as of now its taking the edge off quite nicely and giving me an everythings going to be alright feeling.

Ate some yogurt (the good bacteria in yogurt will kill of bad bacteria in your body such as your stomach leaving you with no nausea and cramps)

Ate a couple of bananas: Most of you know that bananas contain tryptophan, which is a precursor of seratonin, basically, it helps replenish what you drained (seratonin) from your brain while rolling.

Took a flexeril 10mg: Flexeril works well with hydrocodone/vicodin and helps potentiate a bit. Flexeril is also a strong sedative IME, it seems to really loosen all your muscles, especially in your back which would cause your high heartrate from rolling down a tad making it more subtle and comfortable. Flexeril also has mild SSRI properties so it helps with neurotoxicity as well.

WATER, WATER, WATER, don't overdo it but be sipping on water for atleast an hour.

Masturbate if possible!
