good film, but i preferred woody allen's "cassandra's dream"
i watched that yesterday also. it was much darker than i expected - i had been lead to believe it was a bit of a frothy caper.

really enjoyed it. brendan gleeson was great in it.

i just watched a documentry film called "FUCK"
explores this great and widley used word, its origins and use throught history thru to today. one of the best films i have ever seen, with apperances from Ice T, alanis morrisette, billy conneley, george carlin, drew carey, US senators (cant rem which ones), and ledgendary porn star ron jeremy just to name a few..
hallarious but with a powerfull point.... a must see IMO:)

agreed on all accounts.

i REALLY enjoy colin farrel in euro set films. he's rid of the pretentiousness he seems to be required in us films.

seriously, see cassandra's dream.

another virus/zombie movie with some Road Warrior and King Arthur thrown in. good times....

wallstreet.jpg

Wallstreet for the nth time on DVD....my family dragged me to a screening of "The Mummy" and I was so bored and unimpressed I wanted to get a refund :p (The first one was waay better). Upon getting home I still felt miffed and I saw Gordon Gekko peeking at me from my DVD closet ;)

What a happy ending to an otherwise dull night!

i went to sleep last night towards the end of a revisti to one of the greatst commedians of ALL time... im talking of Mr. Bill Hicks... this dvd included his one night stand HBO special, relentless, and revelations + a doco about his life called "its just a ride".. every time i watch bill he leaves me with a sence of what needs to change in our society, his style is one of a kind, and he didnt give a fuck to say wat he truly saw and made many things funny that r considered quite taboo.... RIP my brother, a resination that we are all one, vibrations of the one god whos true name is love.. i wish u were still with us:(
hoping to get ahold of George carlins "you are all diseased" today.. if not theres plenty of other trash i can b watchin.. will update in a few hrs:)

i watched it yesterday. enjoyed it immensely. great acting and a decent script - i was mostly uncomfortable for the entirety of the movie.

i'm not hung up on being spoon-fed a hollywood happy ending but the ending did leave me a little unsatisfied.

finally, the actress who played angela - hayley atwell - was such a hottie.
