I'm BLASTED right now.
I'm SUPER opiated right now.
I feel like I'm on 200mg of Methadone, literally.
Benzos, Carisoprodol, weed, and all those comfort meds are AMAZING with Methadone (VERY dangerous combo, DO NOT attempt to combine very potent CNS depressants without a VERY high tolerance).
 
Methacodone- I'm mad jealous of the carisoprodol/Soma, its been far too long since I've popped some.

3mg sub'd bupe + 2 Guinness tallboys and 1 Yuengling + caffeine + chelated Mg + cannabis

Is there any other way to injest tramadol other then by mouth? I have access to some hydro's and some trams. Im not even into opi's. I would much rather have a nice big shot of ice with a full bowl of shards.
 
^IM ampoules exist. So IM injection is possible. I've tried it a few times, and it has a noticably higher BA. The nature of the effects are the same as with oral though, oral just requires a somewhat higher dose. Overall I'd say IM isn't worth it though, oral is the best RoA for tramadol IMO/E. I don't know about plugging, but I think it might be less effective due to the first-pass effect being skipped. I may be wrong about this though, so don't quote me on it.

OT: Around 200mg of O-DesmethylTramadol spread over the entire evening, and then about 1,5 hours ago I took 150mg of tilidine. Very nice synergy, pretty noddy. Iz naiz! =D
 
Im high on ketamine what is the colloquial term for being high on ket? Opiates nodding weed stoned alcohol drunk but what's ket?

I just got back from thanksgiving with friends, had a few beers but had to space em out (because driving) so I'm effectively still sober.

Time for GnTs and a movie. Good thing I got plenty of weed and diazepam since I'm out of beer and anything else "fun"
 
I'm so high on Klonopin and hash, sometimes I afraid that my soul will fall out from my body. I'm in love with whole world. Pleasure is a hand, and it punches me in the face every second.

That combo everybody, is some next level shit.
 
1mg clonazepam, caffeine, and plenty of beer. I've been with my family all week, and I've also chilled with friends as well. It's really great to catch up with them.

Hahaha :) why thank you! Just recently had my share of sleep deprivation/hallucinations via methamphetamine and LSD (not to confuse the sleep deprivation hallucinations w/ the acid, purely madness).

Stoned on some fine herb, feeling my "nootropic stack" of L-theanine + caffeine + DMAE bitrate + magnolia bark (was shown that 4-O-methylhonokiol activates CB2 receptors and also inhibits the oxygenation of the major endocannabinoid 2-AG via COX-2 in a substrate-selective manner, thus leading to potential synergistic effects at CB receptors).

Feeling aware and focused, yet pleasantly high from the weedz.

Don't mean to rub it in, but I'm very impressed with Carisoprodol. It ALMOST feels as good as Diazepam, but not quite there. Give me Diazepam all day long over Carisoprodol.
