10pm, Friday night.

Going to try and keep drug intake as simple as possible for a while.

Today I've had two 75mg lyricas, two cups of poppy tea and two cannabis lollipops. Feel like some phenibut and valium but will try and save that for tomorrow.

Feel body stoned, nodding a little, vision a bit blurry.. considering going for lasagna but not sure if I can be bothered.
 
I took K this morning a gram hours ago it's still not worn off, I'm not fucked on it but my body is

and I need to go to a cafe thing I've booked a table and can't let her down but I'm wobbly and slurring it must of been R isomer K as it should of worn off hours ago if it was racemic or S isomer

I'll just say my doctor put me on new meds and I think the dose is to high lol

Good luck! From the folks i knew, there were lots of liabilities, but they mostly got some benefits too with relief from nerve issues. My sister took them for so long after difficult surgeries on the ulnar nerve in each arm. A long road, but she's generally good these days. she still takes opiates for related issues--my whole family have defective nervous systems and nerve ailments. She reduced as much as possible, intending to stop them too, but between pain and withdrawal, she decided a smaller manageable habit was an ok compromise
 
Closing in towards drunk already and its not even 11am at this point so that sounds like its going to be a long day. Been vaping that Delta-8 around the clock but I'm about to run outta this cart today or tommrow. Have new ones coming but I'm taking a break and cant pick them up for awhile best to let tolerance drop again anyways. It's been a blast tho.

Really want to try delta 8. I have a lot of hemp with high CBD content which would probably be perfect for 'isomerizing' into stronger cannabinoids.

That said, I just had a pipe of hash made from that hemp and I feel like I'm melting into the couch.. very smooth smoke too. Just a mild head-high in comparison to bud.

Well, sort of mild.. when I blink, I momentarily see vast fields of green, green hemp.
 
Double post but fuck it this is MY party

Dumped some O-DSMT down my throat and washed it down with some kratom and kava tea. My back and joints are so fucked up though that I'm still in a little pain from work. I know it's not tolerance either (at least mostly) because it's been like this since the day I started using real opioids again.

It is frustrating how vertical the dose jumps over time are. Tolerance takes off if I want to get all the way to feeling high and then just runs wild if i carry on into a binge and am redosing every six-eight hours. I'm often doubling with every dose or more with pharmaceuticals. With jib, I usually just smoke, but I might do it every hour or so and same thing happens, by the second day, the stock is going down much more quickly. Thankfully, I find tolerance drops equally as quickly. Usually I opt for a long mild time on smoke, where dose changes relatively little and grows slower,much slower than real deal capsules. My effects are, i don't know, maybe a few hairs past therapeutic. feeling good, untroubled, sufficiently alert to act and keenly interested in anything i do. Before amphetamines i had none of that, it was like i existed in an amphetamine crash all the time. There's an old sketch from Saturday Night Live, I think the structure was they were recording dating service video profiles promoting the company. The whole middle aged desperate ordeal would be abysmal, and finish with the company jingle, 🎼lowered expectations🎷. I think of my drug use like that. it's not even a case of "i can't get high" the way some people seem to max out. A lot, not all, but a lot of the time, I just look for and really settle comfortably into a feeling fine groove
 
Heroin and dabs.

Last day though! I'm planning on quitting dope tomorrow. Put away some extra where I can't get to it, but unfortunately still have a couple points and some oxy 10s on hand. I'll have to just not take it though, because I need to have an available stash for Crohn's flares or emergencies (fire evac, etc.). Got plenty of comfort meds but still anxious, it's been like 3 years since I've gone a day without heroin. Seriously, no lapse in supply, nothing (though I was very good at pooping every day before my morning dose).

Saturday, 6:30pm. Trying to keep it minimalist.

Two cups of poppy tea, two 250mg phenibut caps and a pipe of some sweet hash really tied the room together.
 
Well since my last post I have added another:

200mg tramadol
150mg pregabalin
6mg bromazepam
.5mg alzam
Few joints
And Half a bottle of vodka so far.

Feeling lush and happy and energetic not that I really need the energy but its there and I will use it to do some more housework and garden work that I have left to do. Happy Friday to all.
 
Adjusting to lower doses is not as easy in practice as it is on paper. Had a valium and a small cup of poppy tea.

Feeling okay now.

Just found out that the grey-market stuff I've been using (phenibut and modafinils) are no longer available to me through my usual outlets. I'll probably end up just talking to my doctor and asking for the pharmaceutical equivalents (armodafinil and baclofen I guess). Might end up making things more sustainable in the long run.
 
As I was on cocaine and Diazepam yesterday, got to bed around five o'clock I got up around 3 o'clock in the afternoon and went to the Supermarket first. I still feel the Diazepam, so the only things I took today (till now ;)) were

20 mg Escitalopram
2,5 mg Nomexor
15 mg Amphetaminsulfate
the "pill"


now: 50 mg Diazepam
5 mg Etizolam
