Updating weekly is much easier for me. Hectic schedule....

Had a heavy week this week, which means 3 day split.

Monday, Deadlifts, pulled 510lbs for the first time. Cable Rows, Lat pull-downs, brocep curls and smith curls for that peak action.

Wednesday. Dumbbell press, pushed a pair of 100lb dumbbells for the first time ever. Cable flys, triceps extension, brocep curls, front delt raises, lat extensions, facepulls, rack pulls.

Friday. I only did leg press 455lbs, as I wanted to do more rack pulls, my hammies were tight. Rack-pulls. Leg extensions, seated leg curls, adduction and abduction of glutes(That funny vag exercise machine), calf raises, brocep curls.

I rode something like 21miles during the week as well. It was a low cardio week do to the heavy lifting.

i walked the dog a mile and did about a mile of walking at work. also my pt exercises for rotator cuff injury

gonna be going for another 1.5hr walk soon
