Lady, you will have to be on top of that shit in your 30's which is when I started working out because I realized it is essential to having a good life.

I am actually turning 30 next year waaaaa!!!

So for today even if it's a Sunday I am going to push myself to go to the gym and do a full blast cardio, day 7 of ab challenge weights squats and lunges =D
 
delt raise superset
tricep extensions
curls
bench row
squats
then an hour of BEASTLY WALKING
 
i just went to yoga for 90 mins and now im taking my doggy for 45 min walkies =D
 
I really need to workout after this stressful day at work is done:

day 8 of ab challenge: I might do more depending on how stressed out I feel. I tend to do intense training when I am pissed off lols

cardio
weights
lunges
squats
 
delt raise superset
tricep extension
curls
bench rows
head crusher whatever tricep
shoulder press/bentover row superset
squats
benchpress

gonna be going for another 1.5hr walk soon
 
Gym - cardio day 9 of ab challenge squats, lunges and weights
 
I am working on getting my first 150% bodyweight deadlift... which would be 135kg/297lbs

Really want to get it tomorrow as next week i wont be going to the gym and doing outdoor sandbag training as i will be away from home.

So today, i did a lot of deadlift support work... deep squats at low weight, high leg press, elevated deadlifts at low weight...
 
Repetition of yesterday's workout - gym - day 10 of ab challenge cardio weights squats and lunges.
 
no... :shame:

will take dogs 4 mooch if it stops raining.
