Hey love33, sorry to hear your in a similar position. I def know how you feel. Truth is yes I am starting to feel better, Sammy hope your doing well to. Though I'm not at 100% and I still get frustrated some times with how things are I think of how it was a little over a month ago and I realize I'm def better than before. I've done allot of reading up on this as much as I can, seems the consensus is time is mostly the only thing that helps. I've read allot of people taking 3 months to a year or more to get back to 100%. I do know that I am, although slowly, improving. I'm no expert on all this but I'd say a couple of things that "may" have helped me. I was super loading up on 5HTP, vitamins, and other stuff. I still take allot of the Vitamins however have stopped the 5HTP and I think that may have helped a bit. Also I started taking Fish Oil and Ginko, not sure if they helped or if I'm just improving with time but hey worth a shot right? Also exercise seems to help. People have also said to "not worry about it, or try to relax and ignore it" but you know that is MUCH easier said then done. I think worrying about it is one thing but also knowing what you are going through and that there is hope is another. Do research but stay positive. I'm pretty certain that what I'm going through is at least a form of Derealization, knowing that and that it can improve and completely go away I think has helped put my mind at ease a bit. Keep busy and try doing things that you may not want to do like going out, going to new places, puzzles, reading etc, keep your mind busy. Seems to help and at least get the mind going again.
