I'm on a diet now though, the objective is to lose 10kg. I was in an accident a couple years ago where I damaged my neck and I can't do sports anymore so I've gotten extremely out of shape and put on a lot of weight. I used to do judo at a national level so I would train 10-15 hours a week...I think a tiny bit of ab definition is left over from that? Haha.
Anyway hopefully in a month or two I'll be able to post an 'after' pic![]()
Erroneous - No more body fat is needed - she doesn't live in Alaska, she lives in Britain.err, you want to add more or at a minimum maintain muscle AND ADD more body fat.
this is from a strictly healthy physiological perspective.
more body fat will give you the curves or feminine look. train for muscular endurance, if you are happy with your current strength, build stamina.
