I think it is awesome work.
I don't like to be too restrictive and regimented with my diet.

I had 10 seconds to leap from 3 rocks to get to the photo op. Not gonna lie, I hurt my left wrist slightly in the landing.

I don't let him up on the rocks but he did that 5.2 mile hike with vigor.
That was their first time up that mountain.
I was proud of them.

leaping around rocks is incredible fun. i grew up in the coal region of the appalachians, and its pretty much all i did as a kid. whenever i trip, there is such a great youthful vibe when im around large rocks, and i get obsessed with hopping around on them at funny angles.

watch for copperheads!!! /ends mom voice

when no one is around to take our photo...(the dog was leashed to a tree)

7.4 miles in 3:05 (summit is about 3200 feet above sea level and elevation gain of 1740 ft).

Not bad for being my friend's first time on this mountain. The dog slowed us down as he was dragging on the last mile to the car. I had to leash him and drag him a bit which made me feel bad but he was not fond of being carried.

^ dude on the right looks like hes having a blast rofl

i got a new sword i got a new sword!

First timer which was awesome. He was from Moncton, New Brunswick. About 90 min from my parents. I recognized his accent right away, eh?

I wish that pic was clearer but I am pretty sure your back definition is stellar. New sword=new dress and heels? If yes, then EXCITE!

My first 10K (6.2miles) trail run competition. It ended up being 6.35 miles.

coming up to last 1.6 miles downhill rocky terrain

I placed first in my age group (15 women) with a time of 1:01:24. 16th out of 68 women. 90th out of 185 runners.

so

im constructing a new body. ive been using my body as a science experiment lab for over a decade. originally it was a chemlab, mostly destroying myself to see what my mind and body could handle. then i somehow turned into a powerlifter, and had a pretty ripped and cut frame. then i began my studies in martial arts, and lost 60lbs of muscle, and turned my hands feet elbows and other body parts into nasty weapons, though i looked like a string bean.

now im building a hybrid body. im just now for the first time in 3 years weightlifting a gain, and training in martial arts.

sounds familiar. i've gone between distance running (160 lbs) and power-lifting (220 lbs) over the last 14 years (two major phases of both), with stop-offs in between at reckless substance abuse and moderation/balance. i've found the "hybrid" stages to take the most self-control - i always tend to get carried away with one thing or another and end up headed back towards one of the extremes.
