Unfortunate that it was foggy. You can see for miles.

8.2 miles up and down 2 mountains in 3.5 hours. We ran a wee bit.
We did not take the small side trips hiking upwards suggested.
 
Holy crap. I knew KStoner was big, but I didn't realize quite how gargantuan he is. You're, what, 5'10"? And he's a full head and half his shoulders taller than you. Wow.

Looks like a great hike though. Beautiful environs.
 
Oh. Well, never mind then. :)

I guess you look taller in photos because you're just so darn fit!
 
i'm no fatman, but at least i got an awesomely gross open wound (if you look closely you can see my nerve endings)

so

im constructing a new body. ive been using my body as a science experiment lab for over a decade. originally it was a chemlab, mostly destroying myself to see what my mind and body could handle. then i somehow turned into a powerlifter, and had a pretty ripped and cut frame. then i began my studies in martial arts, and lost 60lbs of muscle, and turned my hands feet elbows and other body parts into nasty weapons, though i looked like a string bean.

now im building a hybrid body. im just now for the first time in 3 years weightlifting a gain, and training in martial arts.

here is me after 2 months, ive already gained 10lbs. i aim to put about 30lbs more of pure lean muscle on myself by this summer. the mad scientist now has more tools with which to experiment!

dude im pretty sick with my broadsword now. its also shown me i can be pretty nasty with kitchen cutlery too. i gotta get my gf to film me on my roof sometime before winter sets in.
