Currently high on 100mg codeine smoking some weed to deal with the pain. I'm not bothered shit happens. The doctor said I must have a thick skull by the fact I had no brain damage or concussion. Given i took over 15 head shots.

I was going to say "are you ok?' but that's a stupid thing to ask. Why people would post their crimes online like that is beyond me to say the least.
You think that woman has set your ass up? That Crack addict I had on my sofa had issues with his latest partner, It was only the 2nd time they had seen eachother IRL & she picked a local pub. They had only been there for 10-15 minutes till 2 guys drunk and on coke came over shouting about some issue, "Goat" as I'll call him decided he is Bruce Lee and threw his weight around, unlucky for him the guys weren't in the mood for finger painting and naked swimming & he got the shit kicked out of him.

Most women come with baggage from their past in terms of the ex etc and usually it's not good to get involved with.
She later said she knew those guys would turn up in there as it's the local pub for them and she wanted to see if he would protect her!!!!???
Da Fuck kind of Logic & sick Ego game is that to play???!!!

Ordered some benzos to try chill. Mate gave me 1g of c which i been tackling solo today. Just making it worse. Even the best of stuff but my heads gone bro

Found some keys on the floor by the park and posted a photo on a local Facebook page for the town, managed to get them back to the guy who lost them.

So it got worse. Lost my fucking phone in a taxi after those diaz. Wound up going on a mission involving buckfast, valium and freebase cocaine lol. 3-4 days of that. Felt homeless. Admitted myself to the clinic as needing help after the traumatic event mentioned above broken cheek bones, broken nose, big scar on my head. Doctor wouldn't prescribe a diaz taper but have given me promethazine for some weird reason. Needless to say i took them anyway cos anything that will help at this stage.

Managed a workout and 3 meals earlier at least.

it's no use whatsoever if you've got 2 broken cheekbones and a broken nose, chipped teeth and a cracked rib though bro. I'm pissed after what happened to me i literally haven't had any prescription for painkillers at all. Bought a box of cocodamol there and CWE'd them.

Surely though given the fact I was kept hostage, extorted, beaten to pieces with weapons though. This aint right. My own family even don't seem to get it. Like I am just drug seeking.

What fucking good is promethazine for that pain. I was self medicating with benzos after trying to help the trauma told the doctor that, they can't do any tapers apparently bar 2 places in my area, both of which are inpatient.

Anyone know how to potentiate the codeine? Like does the promethazine potentiate it?

Yes, the promethazine will make the codeine buzz feel a bit more drowsy. Good old Pete/ganjcat used to rave about codeine and antihistamines lol.
Look into how promethazine affects the liver enzyme that turns codeine to morphine. Ask Google or @AlsoTapered
 
Well I just did a CWE and had 25mg promethazine. so 240mg Codeine and 25mg promethazine, with a joint of Gelato#41. Feel OK for now.

Ya, it's got zero soporofic effect on me, but does stop me snotting like a cartoon man from mild allergies

I medicate my chronic pain issues with various cannabis products, the stronger the better
 
They are an OTC medication with no prescription required so I never expected anything much from them, but they do have their uses.

I've used them briefly on some occasions when I've been unable to sleep during or following benzo taper and they have briefly helped.

They aren't at all strong though so need at least 2 on night 1, 4 on night 2, and 6 on night 3 etc. By that point it seems pointless carrying on to I switch to something else like raw valerian homemade tea, or even capsules, CBD capsules, Diphenhydramine (but that shit gives you the most fucked up dreams, due to not being fully asleep, would be good for anyone interested in lucid dreams. Kind of like an inbetween state of consciousness in a similar way to an opiate nod but with nothing like the same sort of feelgood factor.

I always use them on the rare occasions I attempt to use codeine for a buzz.

A good anti-emetic too. I rarely feel nauseous but they have helped on the rare occasions I do, and they are quite a good med to have in your cabinet as they have multiple uses.

But getting high or pain relief is not included in their potential uses.

@elgoucho9 that was not very helpful of the Dr at alll togh if that was all he gave you to help with what you've been through. Might have helped a bit with sleep for a couple of nights but with all those painful injuries probably next to useless.
