How prevalent is 64-bit windows these days? 32-bit windows can't actually use more than 4GB. Funny if people are buying RAM the software is unable to access :D
 
fuuuuck me, this heat is insane. coming up to 8pm and it's oppressive as fuck inside and out

if you've got your own set up (ie 2.1s or whatever), it seems like a fairly decent machine.

Only 3 USB slots tho, which is a bit stingy imo .. 1 usb 2 and 2 usb3

Thanks Marmz, i listen to music through headphones or on some decent 2.1s, or through a mixer/controller linked to an old amp and some wharfedales (this works great as the mixer has a soundcard which is pretty good)

3 usb slots is fine, i've been using all 3 sometimes recently, but only cos i've got a keyboard plugged into one of them...

I'm gonna order it now! NOW!

Get a PS4 for GTA5 ;)

It'll run like shit on PS3, or at least have reduced features. PS4 is only £399, coming out in november, tis a steal. Also future-proof for at least a decade. The PS3 already had its decade.

(Knock my windows 7 is 64bit, my RAM is not wasted!)

If you do it that way I'd only borrow a legit DVD rather than install some torrented stuff, as the torrents are quite often full of nasties these days. (Nasties other than Windows, that is.. ;) )

Looks like a good deal - am half-tempted myself.

GTA5 is out on the 17th of September. The PS4 is not. I'll be playing it on a 360. There's no chance I could justify the price of a PS4 anyway seeing as I'd play it about 6 times a year.

Have they even said when it'll be released for next gen consoles?

I think this is the first time that hot weather has put me in a shitty mood! Nothing to do with my hangover and the fear that I might have put an unwanted baby up Mrs Jancrow last night.

the ps3 i'm getting for free :) No way i can justify spending £400 on a console.

It'll run fine on a ps3 i'm sure, maybe not as pretty, but i bet most people will be playing it on 360s or ps3's....and I can't see me ever playing another game on it...
