Cheers max.

Tbh I still end up dabbling most days, but it's always small amounts.
Granted I'd be off my face 24/7 if I had the $$$.

Being poor keeps me sane I guess. :)

How's things in your hood?

Oh well mate, its a long process. Took me years until I felt the time was right for me to stop, as long as you come out at the end of it undamaged then no harm done.
I'm ok thanks mate, still looking for work, never found it this hard to get a job before. So many places near me have layed workers off or shut down completely.

My nose seems to have decided it's refusing to let me jam any more powder up it. CLOSED FOR BUSINESS. hrmph.

Oh well, MXE and orange juice for breakfast.

Am still determined to try MXE after all the good things I have heard about it.
Is it expensive cos on the dole at the moment?

Has anyone had any negative reactions to zopiclone? It either sends me straight to sleep or I'll still be awake a couple of hours later. When this happens, as soon as I start to drop off I will start to experience a g-force, acceleration like feeling then be unable to move or speak for a minute or so. It's horrible and very unsettling when it happens.

Anyone else had owt similar?

Forgive the grammar etc, didn't get much sleep last night.

Yeah tis hard getting work atm.

I'm still waiting to hear back about a job I was pretty much promised.

Will be nice to have something to do and some routine.
Also a good way to make new friends.

Can't wait to get back on track.

You should fake a C.V if it's proving too difficult. You can get some help off fellow bluelighters...

Zopiclone does next to nothing for me, I've tried Zolpidem a few times and was on and off it for a good while.

IME Z drugs are a waste of time, only good for very temporary sleeping issues, tolerance rises so fast they become useless within a couple of weeks of daily use.

Of course YMMV

Morning all, best sleep ever! Woke up to my face and neck being licked which was lovely until I realised it was the world's most dopey Staffy doing it. We've both been abandoned by our owner for the day it seems so we're cuddled up in bed talking at you lovelies <3 How's everyone else?

I've now done two courses arranged by the jobcentre that teach us how to write a good CV.
I showed the CV I was given from the first course to the jobcentre and even they confirmed my thoughts that it looked shit, the company that ran that course has gone into liquidation, which is no surprise.
I've done 2 days on a computer course with one more day to do on the 26th and the CV they will give me looks great, much more professional looking.
I have learnt to 'tailor' my CV to the job i am applying for.
I've worked since leaving school and have never needed a cv until now to get a job. Times have changed.
Good luck on the job front Cornish, always good to be working and having some money in yr pocket.

Good day Snolly,I thought of you yesterday when I read a story in the paper about a rabbit that scared off a burglar by stamping his feet on the floor.
Big rabbit 2feet long and weighs 10lb.
Don't mess with the rabbit cos the rabbit don't mess.

ahh you've missed out on some amazing-ness, the old MXE was seriously batshit wild amazing stuff in high doses, nice in low doses, pre ban meph was amazing, 6-apb was good, dunno why its unavaible at the mo, etiz is good

Can't put it off any longer now as flatmate is calling me to come and start the spring cleaning of kitchen and bathroom.
Bedrooms were done yesterday and I will do the hallway tmrw when he is at work and then we will have a nice clean flat again for a while at least.
Have a good Sunday everyone whatever you doing. Adios

Well, wringing of wet washing was a mixed bag. No problem with socks and t-shirts, quite considerable problem with the heavier stuff. As such, got rather large pools of water in the vicinity of all me radiators 8)

Sounds very much like sleep paralysis. Is fairly common with or without dozy drugs but can certainly be brought on by said dozy drugs of any description. I've never had it in relation to Z-drugs as far as I recall. Very rarely take Z-drugs though as I really don't like 'em. Handy as an occasional one-off but more or less useless taken regularly. I do sometimes get sleep paralysis (complete with hypnagogic hallucinations usually) during spells of heavy GBL use though. Is a horrible sensation. Goes away when I stop taking geebee though and would assume the same will be the case for you when you stop taking Z-drugs.

Thanks Max :) good luck with everythiing too.

How come you dont have a washing machine Shambles? Are they considered luxury items these days? I know if you're renting short term you may not have one but I thought the council provided You seem to live the weirdest existance. Do you ever go out other than to the co-op? :D Hope your arm feels better soon, could it be the matress on the floor set up? A sprung bed base is much better for you than a matress on a floor.

Sorry for all the question, too much coffee

Ha! "Weirdest existance" counts as a compliment in my book, Ms Wicked =D

Don't have a washing machine cos I can't afford one. Also got nowhere to put one nor the necessary plumbing anywhere I could conceivably put one. Is Housing Association rather than council if that makes any difference. Similar issues with getting a bed - too expensive. As far as furnishings and appliances go I really only have whatever friends or family are chucking out. And Co-Op is the only real shop as far as food 'n' booze 'n' stuff goes. There's really nothing else here other than a coupla charity shops for books and clothes and a few cafes for the tourists. The entire town is basically a single street with a small estate at one end of it. No matter how often I say it, it's almost impossible to convey quite how lifestyle limiting living in such a tiny place is. Especially when you have no transport or disposable income. Everything is a luxory item in my book :D

Cars ftw Shambles. :|

In truth, don't know how you do it. I'd die here without a car. And the way they drive round here, I'm resigned to probably dying in my car too.

I've never regretted not learning to drive until I moved here, SHM. If it weren't for drugs in the post and a computer-based window on the world I would have gone completely nuts years ago. Is a close-run thing even with those small mercies :D

Unfortunately, I don't even know anybody with a car to cadge lifts off. In fact, despite living here for nearly a decade, I really only know two or three people other than the family members who live local.
