mm had a nice noddy lapsey weird day, bedtime soon but doubt sleep so morning eadd
quick q which i dont think warrants its own thread, how long after a final dose of insuffulated oxycodone (round 20-30mg) would be enough time so as to not put the person in acute withdrawals, taking naltrexone? Also, same with gear? (though i've heard 48hts is usually sufficient for gear, and id guess maybe 3 days for oxy?) and lastly, how long after methadone (i imagine itl be quite a bit longer). Hope one of you know as acute wd's are never fun

Oh well, I finally get a day off, long weekend in fact, working today, then sat, sun and mon off.... and for once I fucking deserve it.
Supposed to be having night out with the posties tomorrow night, was good times last year, but dunno if I will this year, it's getting home after is a pita, and I don't like staying out....
Oh god I can even hear the rain over my milk frother and through double glazing....
