Wha? Tha fuck? That's nuts, Dread. I can't believe anywhere that deals with tapering addicts could be so fukkin clueless. Genuinely gobsmacked. I'd be going over her head on that one. A week without a script when they're tapering you?!? 8o8(8o

Afternoon, evening all %)

Today was much better, i got put on a round based round my village, so lots of walking, but driving the van between places (only a few mins at a time, but i think even that gives my joints enough break not to have the cumulative damage that turns to agony), and delivered the packets etc from the van, no pain, no dhc, very good....

I'm working out what I can and can't cope with doing now :D it's good.

Brimz: Ha! "Inclusion Worker" is the worst title I've seen yet. Mine has the somewhat more utilitarian job title of "Substance Misuse Worker". Still vaguely nauseating but at least somewhat relevant.

wow, took folks Christmas shopping to big mallz, and came back without wanting to murder anybody. Nobody died, nobody cried, no shouting, no short tempered snapping ... traffic and parking were awesome both ways. WTF!

New pair of PJs and pizza and wine now ... and David Attenborough ... all is kinda good. totally bizarre, but lush, surprise <3
 
I can relate to the pizza part, Marmz. And also the alcohol. Only in different form. The rest is truly alien territory. Other than David Attenborough. Which one ya watching? I know there's a BBC4 season on at the mo but have seen most of 'em. Watched the first part of his First Life t'other week cos I missed that first time round and like uberearly biology stuffs.
 
Top work on the shopping Marmz, I often picture myself spraying the places with a large automatic weapon, First Blood style. I don't mind shopping when it's not manic,. actually quite enjoy a trip with Mrs atm and the little'uns as long as it involves a good lunch as well:)

I'm also watching a bit of Sir David, der some weird old beasties on there this evening, more so the here...for once.

I'm just setting up the Google Nexus for my daughter, think I'd like to keep it now...shinny thing

Have to buy skins on my card , then went for 4 cans of generic cider 5.2% like whilst at the till kiddy calls over superviser who gives me the "Your Drunk already"

My piss smells funny when I'm on tram. Dunno if I'd call it burnt rubber but definitely smells off.

Am doing acceptably well, Ponti. Was off for a coupla weeks whilst I had plenty codeine but slipped back a tad when they ran out. Currently right down to just two 50mg caps a day. One in the morning, one in the evening. That last lil dropoff is fukkin vertiginous though. Is the zapsssszzzzssszzz that get me. Ugh :|

Pleased with how low it is though. Just one more push with a decent distraction and its gone for good.
