It doesn't hurt to be in the club . Its not that unusual to get opioids and benzos. Thats a standard combo for ab acute bad back. Opioids for pain, valium for muscle spasms...i just said i was having trouble getting to sleep as i cant sleep laying on my back and thats the only pain free position. Easy. Helps she totally trusts me and i have seen her for years too.

My doc lets me have diazepam knowing I'm on daily methadone. Fucking spot on with the temazepam Consumer. Lush.

I personally would start with 50mg lines and Work your way up buddy. Best to be safe, and of course after an allergy test
