I've heard that some health workers have a tendency to get a bit complacent about their own mental health.
It must be bloody hard to cope with some of the things you witness and have to deal with in your line of work.
So much respect for what you do.
Sounds like you need to put your own needs first for a while - or do whatever it takes to lift the dark clouds.
