Hi Felix :) I've always worked on the basis of weekdays are for working, weekends are for partying. I've drummed this into my kids too. Even in my drinking days I was either pissed or hungover from Friday evening through to Sunday. but I never missed a Monday for work, and no alcohol at all during the week.

yeah that sounds strange to me as well..when i take gbl i can take the dogs out or mow the yard but full on organizing and sorting just seems bizarre..very rarely am i productive after taking Gbl..lol..

Well that was a good'un. Got on it at 19:00 Monday, banged a 1ml every hour until 11 o'clock last night (Tues)

Went to bed at 12 and slept pretty shit, on and off but feeling fresh as a daisy today! It's a miracle.

My doses have crept up a bit lately, especially for sleeping (4-5ml), so as I've just come to the end of my bottle, I'm going to give it a rest for a while. Mainly cos I get massive munchies on it and I've put on 10lbs over the winter that has got to come off if I'm going to fit into my summer clothes for the festivals. Incentive!
 
^^some claim benzos dont help Gbl withdrawals...might wanna also try to find some theanine, it is quite potent at calming you down..

ive used this stuff for many years but never bought into the hype of it being an aid to building strength and muscle...many swear it has helped them through increased rest and GH levels but ive never noticed any of this..has anyone else?

i do notice the tiredness the next day if i binge the night before..plus, things seem a little or much more boring with the gbl running in my system which is to be expected i guess..

Im on the fence here. ive done community detoxes a number of times with librium which really didnt help... the dosage was along the lines 30mg three of four tines a day which is equivalent to what diazepam? It did nothing for me until day 2 or 3.

However using unscripted but legit diaz and rc benzos does help a tad... i still feel rough but i dont get the dts i associste associate with ghb/gbl withdrawal and it enables me to get out of the house a bit without getting too digi.

My conclusion woukd be that abusing benzos would help get through g withdrawal ime.
 
I've just spent a week of torture after a huge g and cat binge... Finally got round to scoring some more g today and lo and behold I found a ghb tub with 150ml in it in my sock drawer!

Lol, it would have made no difference in the long run tbf.

Id have been lucky the middle of last week; i could have swapped for vallies, i was more meh when i found it since i had already g and clonaz in my pocket. If only Id not had thst day wallowing and changed my socks and undies i might have found it sooner haha.
 
I had some ghb or gbl given to me on the tail end of a MDMA bender and it felt really good. I'm tempted to start doing now it as I need to save my serotonin for Ibiza. This seems like a viable alternative. 2-cb is also in the running, which I've never had before.

I would only ever use it at one off raves anyway, and never re-dose before the 1.5 hour mark.

I think I only had 1ml and it hit me within 20 minutes. The euphoria really surprised me. I also didn't get sleep paralysis from my mdma bender, which always happens to me after a bender.

i dont even understand what that means tbh..both provide great euphoria but Bdo gives you a slight alcohol feeling to it..

i dunno what it is but ive started feeling the tiredness some have talked about while taking Gbl..i only dose once a day but i notice im more tired than usual..strange..dont like this feeling..
