I read somewhere that red wine is not bad for withdrawing if you don't have access to anything else. A hard cardio work out before you attempt sleep is always a good move too. I found the withdrawals to last no more than 4 days, with the last two just being mild anxiety and very vivid wakeing dreams, the kind where you can't actually tell if they were real or not
