I've never had a large amount that I could mess with to find the right dose of pharmaceutical fentanyl, but anytime I've taken it at the hospital, it didn't really do much for me. Barely alleviated pain, granted, all of those instances I was in a pretty severe situation.
I feel like street fentanyl, well, I mean mathematically, it's primarily just bullshit adulterants right? Like whatever they bulk it out with, crushed tylenols or caffeine + xylazine or whatever tf they do these days ... If it was too much fentanyl, people would die even more. So I'd imagine that ingesting all that extra bullshit may have some kind of effects on the experience when taking it, making street fent a bit different subjectively. That's unscientific conjecture on my part, but it makes sense to me lol
Pretty sure there's RC benzos in there too... When I quit doing dope it was starting to heavily become all fent in bmore, yeah that shit just knocks you out, I had like an almost out of body experience with it... That was basically the last major bag I got before quitting. My ex and I were going through like a g or 2 every day or two of some pretty strong ass dope. But when I realized it had become utter garbage, it just wasn't even worth doing or fun anymore. I feel bad for the addicts that have only known this tranq dope... Tbh I get a more desirable and useful buzz from strong kratom extracts.
