Pretty sure there's RC benzos in there too... When I quit doing dope it was starting to heavily become all fent in bmore, yeah that shit just knocks you out, I had like an almost out of body experience with it... That was basically the last major bag I got before quitting. My ex and I were going through like a g or 2 every day or two of some pretty strong ass dope. But when I realized it had become utter garbage, it just wasn't even worth doing or fun anymore. I feel bad for the addicts that have only known this tranq dope... Tbh I get a more desirable and useful buzz from strong kratom extracts.

It is horrible, about this adulterated heroin in Africa. It is about what it is cut with. Just about any thing they can find but it is cheap.

Im assuming most of it is a fent analog or some other form of research chemical. I'm in Chicago and the tranq dope is out there, it's normally that grey or blue tinted shit. And as far as pharmaceutical fent those days are over, they put such a lockdown on opiates it's not funny. And in a hospital setting they normally don't give you a dose that would do anything if you have a tolerance. They give you a dose as if you were naive to opiates. I know Baltimore is notorious for scramble And tossing whatever in it here it's mostly dorms as cut. I've never messed with kratom before, i know people that take monster doses. Which have lead them to be dependent on kratom.
 
Ottawa and Toronto areas were finding some weird cuts and analogues in out fent . The shit is getting bad. And the poor fucking homeless addicts man they’re never gonna be the same after this poison takes hold for so long. Something needs to be done. Just fucking bring Oxys back! For fuck sakes. Cut the cartels out cut china out; give us back a safe dope supply that is actually quite difficult to overdose with. Not impossible, but difficult

Man I feel like actually dope hits harder than the fent, this could be also because my plug has grams of raw. Last time I IV'd a .2 and was higher than I've been in 10 years. I was actually puking and could barely walk, but regardless was a amazing experience in my book.

I’ve had my heart race from different “Fentanyl” mixtures, I’ve concluded it’s most likely from the caffeine they mix it with sometimes. I only got that from the powdered fentanyl, not the moist round stuff they usually sell around here now, for the smokers or injectors.

I gotta say i miss real heroin. That vinegar smell would hit my nostrils when I’d open the pack and I would instantly start gagging. Buzz was much more enjoyable. Unless it was pharma grade fent then real dope beats it every time

I did not comprehend the last sentence. IMO Heroin (than lot of other opis but) pharma fent street fent. In order of best to worst. At least pharma fet isn't russian roullete. Hell of an expensive buy in usually and not enough duration. But the non gel patches a 90% + extraction with soaking it in one thing that evaporates quickly.... Those were pretty fly (for a white guy, i mean fent high)

I stared in the early 90s w/diacetal in Atl., and around 04-05, I had a fellow that would give me the 100 mic. patches for suppacheap&this was when EVERY injectable opiate was highhigh. That dude was always last called(I would call about some 10mg dolphines, that was $3 a piece, and get a bunch of them b4 I would go get the patches, at $5 a pop; and all this search wouldn't start till I done went through all real dope options. In fent, there is noooooo REAL euphoria&if you are arguing that...you ain't had no good heroin, period.

I have injected pharmaceutical grade heroin and hydromorphone. Hydromorphone absolutely shits on heroin and you can find plenty of consensus on this forum of that.

I like fentanyl also. But I also appreciate the “downer” aspect of opioids A LOT. Like I love benzos by themselves because of that. I don’t really like oxy as much as other high end opioids because it has a more upper of a feel…so my tastes might be different than most. I love fentanyl.

H is hella cool but it’s just morphine for people with a tolerance that exceeds morphines ability to produce an effect.

Dilaudid is only great for iv users and those willing to get some shit on their fingers.

Fucking fent patches are just getting real close to dying.

A really great opiate is hands down Opana. Oxymorphone. It’s fucking incredible. I don’t know about you shooters but fucking sniffing an eighth of one got me really good.

But the best one of all of them in my view is morphine.

It’s pure and good and sweet and kind and lovely. I like it more than my ex wife. And I really don’t like my ex wife so that’s not saying much. But to my credit while I was with her she told me no more morphine so I quit that shit until I got back to wanting to fix up and started using what the fuck ever.

Really wish I hadn’t burned that morphine connect over a woman but also. Opiates are beautiful
Nd I’m glad I got to experience them.

Absolutely a stellar experience but Jesus fucking Christ withdrawing off a never missed a day five year heroin habit was just fucking insane.

I can see how a person might use for three decades and then the fans got shit all over it and they’re dopesick for three months and it’s not letting up.

Let’s just say I can see how a hot shot might be preferable to the kick and how the whole experience of being an addict might be kinda played out. Going out in a bang of glory might be preferable to getting clean or even trying to score.

Withdrawal was fucking insane.

The only thing in my life I’ve experienced In my life worse than both withdrawal and precipitation withdrawla was the death of my best friend at fucking twenty four.

I think that’s the pain that turned me into a heroin addict. The next time someone I love dies I’m going to fucking g grief counseling g.

Having that pain there for heroin to cure just really fucked me up.

Oh and by the way

For all the gear heads out there.

When you eat diamorph the liver attaches an eight chain ring to the morphine molecule and that shit slips right through the blood brain barrier. And it’s just a really really good feeling g.
 
Oxymorphone what a damn dissapointment. I remember when they came out I was pumped --- and the original ones with some fatty food could feel good but it was like the coke of opi's around here 2$ a mg or some crazy ish.

Morphine is the gold standard for good reason. Diacetyl is just warmer though -- like amph to methapmh (for lack of articulate example). Fent is shite but at least pharmaceutical you have a measurement system not to die.
 
Someone with Heroin #4 right now could be making money hand over fist. Fentanyl does not hold a flame to it.

Those opioid tolerant typically complain about Fentanyl and prefer others instead. I certainly feel this way.

as an old head who has been struggling with opioids since 2006, who just relapsed after 4 years on suboxone, fent is shite, imo. I miss real h so much. I just was miserable sober and now I am not as miserable but also really lacking in the source department. (Not asking just venting)I guess it really is fent everywhere now. I’m trying to keep my tolerance lower but that’s hard cuz most of what I can get is either pressed or super light h that I’m sure is fent cut. I low dose frequently to avoid the sharp crave and so far I have stayed away from my veins but I hardly have anytime where I’m really content. I used h for years where I felt great most of the time. Idk where I’m going with this, thinking maybe methadone might be the best choice, but really wish h could make a big comeback,
