I voted that All are nice. I myself have breat Implants and now a small 34D I came from a very small B.... I Love them they totally boosted my confidence the sized was determined by my doctor for my height and weight so I didn't just go over the top with them. I'm also Lesbian and my girls boobs are real, I love them , love them, love them.. I think her breast are gorgeous and I've seen many others that are very nice as well. I think the feel of real boobs turns me on but the look of Mine are sexy as well. Its not so nice though when larger breated women haven;'t taken advantage of bra's and there all sagged out!

My vote is that I would have to definitly say "FAKE BOOBIES"...I never hada preference before 2 yrs. ago but now that I have had some fake ones in my hands for the past 2yrs..I now gotta say..."FAKE"

I actual prefer smaller breasts. I'm not sure why, but anything larger than a C cup is a turn off for me. I never caught on to the "huge boobs omgz!" craze. I don't see why anybody would ever get breast augmentation surgery to have larger breasts. I can understand if somebody was unhappy with the shape of them, but nobody should ever be ashamed of the size. Fake breasts are a huge turnoff for me. I would never condone augmentation surgery, but if you are truly unhappy with your breasts, then get the surgery. After all, that is most important thing, you being happy with how you look.

I hate fake boobs. Sure, I can see them being necessary in some circumstances (reconstructive surgery for instance).

I also have no problem with women wanting to get them just because she wants them. It's your body, you can do whatever the fuck you please with it.


However, I still don't like fakes. They don't bounce correctly, they feel different, and 90% of the time they create a "Grand Canyon" between the breasts... which just isn't attractive, no matter how hard you try. Sorry ladies, but if I fit fit my face between your breasts and your boobs are NOT trying to crush my skull... that's a deal breaker.

Breasts should be nice and pushed together, even without a bra on.... and especially WITH one on!

Real. I've never experienced or seen fake 'in the flesh' (oh god) but porn just makes me laugh sometimes. Plus, my buddy got himself a girlfriend with implants and he says they feel horrible. Possibly just a botchy cheap-o job, but I'd say not worth the risk of becoming a half-human half-jello hybrid~

B's are perfect, I wouldn't unless they were grossly misshaped.

B cups don't have as much head-turning factor as larger boobs, but they stay nice for longer. Compare Bs to Ds and you'll see that most Bs after 30 years old sag less than larger, heavier boobs (depends on firmness to start with, which varies, and also if you've breastfed, which can reduce the firmness). And natural Bs with good shape outrank bigger fake ones in the look-and-feel department once your clothes are off.

If you DO get implants, make sure you talk to the doc about massaging them. Many implants need to be massaged quite strongly for a long time in order to prevent scar tissue from building up. This can change them from the texture of real boobs to the texture of a baseball stuck on your chest, i.e. like rocks. Also, look very hard for the absolutely best doctor you can. If your choice is $3,000 for a doctor in Lancaster or $8,000 for a doctor in Beverly Hills, that extra 5 grand will mostly likely be VERY well spent. But you have to look at their before/after photos and hopefully talk to women who've gone to them. Stop women who have great looking fake ones and ask who did them. Ask to look at them naked. You'd be surprised how many women who have nice fake boobs willingly show them to people, even to guys.

But like I said, if you've already got ones with great shape, DON'T DO IT!

I'm an A. Fuck it! I don't have to wear a bra if I don't want to, they don't sag and probably never will, and I have teeny little nipples to match. I be happy. ;)

I've got a lovely set of 34Bs that I'm pretty happy with. Sure, I'd like them to be a little bigger, mostly because I have pretty big hips and a big butt, so I think I'm a *little* imbalanced, but they definitely aren't small enough to warrant getting fakes - and I've had other plastic surgery, so that part of it is not even a worry for me. I just don't like how most fakes look, and I really like the shape of natural (perky) boobs.

I'm definitely planning on a lift and possibly implants after I have kids though!!! Every woman I know who has gotten them after breastfeeding has gotten GREAT results (look far more natural than women who get them prior).

There's nothing wrong with fake breats at all. Now my fiances are natural dd's and I do love them but I think it's awesome for a woman to be able to do something to help increase her confidence and self-image. When this is done there are so many more added benifits as well including better mood and higher sex drive. I've known quite a few people who've had theirs done and they look amazing to me.
 
Its all about how they look.

Both fake and natural boobs can look terrible or amazing. If you dont like what you have naturaly and surgery is an option for you then I see no harm in it.

But I dont like boobs that look very obviously fake. They should maintain a high level of natural look to them so dont get implants that are to big!
 
When exactly do breasts stop growing (not counting what happens in pregnancy)? I'm just curious as to others opinions as my wife is now having to get G/GG bras now as she said her old ones are becoming uncomfortable - this might be understandable if she was 20, but ffs she's in her mid 30's now.

Luckily the growth thing means that they're not starting to lose the battle with gravity yet (which I'm more than happy about)
 
I like real ones. I have a preference for smaller breasts on a chick.
