Exercise 4 Health, Mental Health, and Addiction vs. The Endorphin Factory

Just finished my third full week of running. (3 runs a week)

Still enjoying it & have even managed to get out the door in the rain too.

Improving slowly but surely. :)

OK. Good luck NSA!

You have been my inspiration to exercise among other important health issues. :D
I hope everything turns out fine!

since i was 16 ive done an hour or 2 of pt every mornng, im starting back tomorrow..today is still only day 3.5 so wd's are subsiding and i really want to get that natural high of being healthy again.. so starting 4 am tomorrow its 4 am out for a run arouns the lake...going to be a slow progress but better then not

It took me a while to get into the routine.

I'm swimming every other day -- except for today. It's a good feeling and you can almost feel the endorphins coming back.

They say you should get 10,000 steps a day. So yesterday I got up early did sit-ups, push-ups, ran on treadmill. Then later that night I used the pedometer on my phone and walked around the neighborhood a ton of times. I got 10,150 steps. 5 miles. So I was finally proud of myself.

I launched my boat out in the lake. Beat my hand up a bit. Never caught a thing. I think I scare fish lol Took a nice long run down the canal and wow my appitite is back like crazy. I'm just so happy I'm living in cottage country. Nature is the best antidepressant for me

^ Nice

I've lost my swimming today, but will be there tomorrow at 5:40 am.
I'll try to beat this tiredness coming from lack of sleep and leave it all in the waters.

Have finally gone swimming for a full hour totally by myself. I'm feeling much better and hopefully I can even sleep better today!!

Today-absolutely no exercise lol probly a walk but my body hurts far to much
My exercise today is walking to the kitchen and washroom and back to my comfy couch

^That's now. With time you might find interesting to have your body release the good natural hormones that makes us happy.]

I haven't gone swimming today yet but that's where I find peace. Yesterday not only swimming but I had a wonderful night. I feel so much lighter when I swim, I feel the energy going through my body and the endorphin doing its job.

Have a small competition tomorrow. We are only four, but I'm really looking forward to it. :)
