Exercise 4 Health, Mental Health, and Addiction vs. The Endorphin Factory

Update
Have been swimming all week long which is helping a lot with the daily stress.
And one last time tomorrow if I wake up on time for the group hydrogymnastics exercises at 7 a.m.

I'm waking up early to work out because I need to get rid of this rage inside. My mom lets her fiancé treat her like shit and I'm not standing for it. I'll punch his sorry ass in his face. Sorry venting, but I'm going to wake up early and run off stress on the treadmill.

I ran a lot today, like an hour...after about a 2 week break from exercising where I was binging on alcohol and yesterday it was benzos. When I ran, I started noticing my tummy was itching, like bad, then it stopped. I sweat A LOT. Maybe it was just toxins coming out and my body getting back into the groove of things? I don't know. Proud of myself though.

I tried to work out before work but I find it a bit difficult to work as efficiently after lunch time, when get a bit sleepy.
But on weekends it's totally fine and it works quite well. These are the moments I feel that is everything alright as I figured to feel happy on my own.

I just looked up itchiness while running and many people say they have the same thing and that it's common. They said it happens after a break from running and goes away. It did go away when I kept on running.

I once posted about that. It's a very annoying itchiness that happens after 10-13 minutes of exercises and it makes want to stop working out so you scratch your body almost every minute. It lasts approx. 5 minutes while you continue to try moving on. I normally keep on but if you are in a competition this will make you lose time.

Haha I kept running and scratching my tummy like wtf? Just glad it doesn't mean something is wrong.

^ Yes, it also happens if you are swimming, if it's aerobic and intense it happens.
I feel this since I was young have never really found out why it..

Yesterday I ran on the treadmill and walked my block multiple times until I got over 12,000 steps. People must have thought I was crackhead walking so fast multiple times. The goal was initially 10,000 steps, but did 12,640 steps. Slept well last night.

I always go for 45 minutes on the treadmill alternating intensities as I was once instructed. It's one the most aerobic exercises for me. Even more than swimming as I do it more intensively. It feels good although it makes me more agitated if I do after work.

Have completed one full year of exercises. Swimming and aerobics, every single week 3-4 times a week. It feels good when you are sore.
Exercises have changed my life!

I'm trying to go to the gym in the mornings during the week. It's the best time and not as crowd. It's good as I start the day with a good energy. The only problem is getting used to wake up 2 hours earlier than usual. I found out that my job actually pays for their employee's to exercise, provided that you show them the proper receipts/contract. It's interesting to realize they view this as an investment.

I have also noticed I have lost a little of my physical conditioning. I went to swim this morning and now I am starting to get a bit tired. I moved on to the last level in one year but if I don't train every week I need to slow down so I can make through one hour, after warming up. It's like running 10 kms.

I see these huge cans of creatine but I have never really knew how they'd work for me. I know it's good for the muscles.

I went swimming today but I only trained for 50 minutes. I was still tired from yesterday morning.
