Skateboarded for 1.5 hours; swam .8 (8 laps) in 50m pool. Have tendonitis in one arm and a partially torn brachioradialis muscle in the other. Also a non-union lunate bone (top side of wrist); wear a wrist brace 24/7 until it autofuses or I get surgery. "what a drag it is getting old"
Trying to swim a mile so I can take it to the beach. Havent surfed since 2017, swam since 2021.
Working up to it as I get PEM. Post exercional malaise. if I go too far; it sets me back rather than building it can make me weaker.
Pacing is key if you have CFS/ME. Had it since a crush injury to my chest at 28.
Been skating lots but swimming for two weeks, more or less.

gyms closed today.. lifting went well this week but I have only been making one lift per muscle group per week. I will have more time starting in a week. Lifteg legs biceps and forearms yesterday.. little sore today

I'm joining you guys! Started doing pushups yesterday, haha. They are convenient. Our bodies have evolved to be so resilient. Sometimes i wonder, how do our internal organs stay intact when playing in the NFL or MMA? Yet, we just sit and watch TV (myself im talking about).

restructuring lifts due to muscles used at work.. just walking out of chest and triceps. A guy taught me a trick to use the tricep machine to do incline presses.. shit worked great!!
So i’m thinking chest twice a week and legs once and reduced back and shoulders once a week may work out good.
I recently been working out at planet fitness. I try to walk 2 miles, then afterwards I'll use the machines. I'll do my arms one day, and legs the next day. Don't quite have a steady routine just yet but so far I've noticed some improvements with things like my stamina and fatigue.

almost through chest and triceps.. feeling strong. Holding off on back, shoulders and biceps until the week of the 14th when i go to a 4 day work week, but i’m getting quite the workout at work.
