Hot yoga again tonight! It was more fun because three of my coworkers went with me and we did sweat so much and got our butts kicked! The instructor was stricter with the moves and I feel like I have gotten better with balancing and stretches. Maya is very flexible now %)
 
Just finished with hot yoga. I was supposed to go to the gym but when I got there the washroom was closed then I saw some repair tools. It would have been nice if there was a sign "under maintenance." I might go to a spinning class at 4 but we'll see.
 
Just finished workin out in the gym. Did some crunches, chest press and cardio. Now off to hot yoga. Later guys!
 
alriiight you hard cores the slacker has returned, well at least I will tomorrow.. had some good time off.. but its back to feeling great tomorrow... as im starting to feal like a used sock..

See the lack of working out is even effecting me mentally so o will be back at it tomorrow hard in the morning and am looking forward to it as my shoulder has not even had any pain or flair at all in three whole days.
 
I'm such a slacker! I've been doing sit-ups and pushups and some dumbbell exercises at home most days still but haven't been running or doing yoga or going to the gym.
 
Did a little bit of workout in the gym. I have to go to school tonight so I was in a rush to finish
 
I feel capital.. I needed that.. woow... realyu good workout I ran a long ass time.. and lifted chest and tries.. shoulders and back tomorow as i had not pain at all today in my shoulders.. maybe even legs and arms as well.
 
Fractured my wrist in the gym a few weeks ago, which also aggravated my ulnar nerve damage. I've been in a cast ever since. Not a fun experience to go through without pain medication.

...But the show goes on. Have been hitting legs 3x a week and doing what I can with upper-body. The fracture wasn't that bad and feels like it's nearly healed, but the nerve damage is extremely frustrating. I'm itching to get back in there full-time, and will train through the nerve pain.

About to start a bulk here. Want to gain 15-16lbs by beginning of November on clean food, which is probably more difficult than getting another college degree. This gaining weight thing is not easy at all for me.
 
Had another amazing yoga session night. I'm thinking of doing the 90 min hatha yoga but it won't be as hot although it will develop my core more. Ill see how it goes...
 
Went to the woods and ran up and down a 30 degree hill dodging trees stinging nettles and spikes and shit.
I then snapped some thick tree branches and threw them around.
Felt good for about 10 minutes and I felt like I could fuck anyone up.

Now I feel like shit again and just want to sleep. :\
 
I am going to the gym after work before I go to school. I will only be able to do a few exercises but it is better than nothing right?
 
^bro you'll be proud of me, I upped my dumbbell weight from 15 lbs each arm to 20. I don't have school tomorrow night so i'll go to the gym after work before yoga class.
