I dug the garden to seriously distress today.
Went on an 8 mile walk with my daughter yesterday.
Did some T Focus 25 with Shaun T earlier on in the week.
That's exercise enough for me.
Bought a jump rope yesterday and have started a 30 minute per day jumping routine. I'm amazed at what a good workout it is--haven't used a jump rope in around 25 years...Before jumping I do about 30 minutes of yoga, and afterwards I do my crunches, pushups, situps, and weights. Happy with the new routine--I get bored with running and hot yoga all of the time.
I went to the gym then hot yoga after. It feels sooo good to sweat! When I look at my shirt every single time it is soaking wet and you can twist the clothes and water comes out. I think I should bring a bucket next time. LOL
But in all seriousness guys and girls I really recommend hot yoga if you want to burn calories and loosen up the tension and stress from your bodies.
I have been slacking lately and I can feal it.. so back at it today and going to get back to four or five days a week as I have only been doing two or three and im going backwards a bit and I have noticed a marked change in how I feal. So back ot it today.. walk run lift chest, legs, and arms.
Would never have spent that much on a road bike except I got a refund on my uni tuition fees and also found out I could get a Cinelli at trade price at the same time so I went a bit wild. It's a far better bike than I am road rider! Had it converted to singlespeed from fixed, a brake put on it and some spacers under the bars to make it a little less extreme though as I'm only used to mountain bikes really.
I have been to sick to work out.. I will most definitely be behind when i get back at in on monday.. but its not the end of the world and I will work back through.

Today is going to be good.. walk, run, lift chest, arms and legs.. start back with lighter weights and reverse pyramids for chest.
EDIT: I felt so good I went hard.. no pain in the shoulder, walked for a half mile and then ran for 2.25 miles.. wasn't eve breathing hard.. lifted chest biceps and triceps.. skipped the legs until tomorrow as I had done enough...
Man I feal SOOOOOOOOOO mush better when I work out.
I wasn't going supposedly tonight after my work but I just needed it after that stressful event in shipping time so I blasted it off in the gym before I went to school. I felt sooo much better!!! Nothing can beat the amazing feeling after working out: gym exercise or hot yoga or both
