Fractured my wrist in the gym a few weeks ago, which also aggravated my ulnar nerve damage. I've been in a cast ever since. Not a fun experience to go through without pain medication.
...But the show goes on. Have been hitting legs 3x a week and doing what I can with upper-body. The fracture wasn't that bad and feels like it's nearly healed, but the nerve damage is extremely frustrating. I'm itching to get back in there full-time, and will train through the nerve pain.
About to start a bulk here. Want to gain 15-16lbs by beginning of November on clean food, which is probably more difficult than getting another college degree. This gaining weight thing is not easy at all for me.
