alright.. Im off to lift chest, tries. Dont think I will run as I lifted legs yesterday.. it reverse pyramid day for the sets.
Maxed out on barbell squat last night. Was intense, but I'm feeling some back discomfort today. Could just have slept wrong, who knows. But I just need to remind myself that maxing out on squat isn't a good idea for this very reason. Would go to the chiropractor, but I'm a broke drug addict with no money or health insurance, so the pain shall continue.
Lifted chest and triceps this morning just after the sun came up. The show goes on.
I would probably start by doing push ups and curls and benching (i have two 25lb dumbells). Don't have money for a gym membership ATM.
How long (like in hours) do i do it per day?
Im hoping to start this weekend, just hope my family doesn't think im weird for starting to exercise.. screw what they think though, they're all lazy. I'll just tell them it's good for me and helps me recover from the abuse i had put my body through from drugs, plus gives me something to do.
I weigh 200lbs (well 195 but ill call it 200) and im not fat, im 5'9" and muscular naturally for some reason.
Only thing that bothers me is my "moobs" lol, side effect from a medication i was on for 6 years. They are muscle cuz i can flex them, but they dont look right lol, how can i use what i have for weights for that issue?lol.
Sorry im a noob to weight lifting.
