On another note, I hopped on Assemblage 23's forum and shot Tom Shear a PM telling him how much I enjoyed Compass and told him its not often I like an entire album ALL the way through. He PM'd me back thanking me, saying that it means a lot to him when someone can say they love every track on his album. Thought that was cool of him.

It's always nice to find out that the artists you enjoy are nice people.
Pretty much every artist in these genres that I've met/interacted with turned out to be a lot cooler than I thought they would be.
I agree with you though on liking the whole album; Compass is just full of win.
Thanks for the song links I wasn't to familiar with them & am digging it.
Also nice link on the Electroworld there's a few artists on there I'd forgotten about or haven't checked out enough.
Personally I wasn't as keen on Kingdom of Welcome Addiction as I was on older IAMX releases though.
Interesting to see it on the list though as it wasn't something I would have thought of as similar to the other artists on the list.
There's actually a few on that list I haven't heard yet so I'll have to take a look at them.
MPH1 I'll have to take a look at some of the bands you recommended I'm not familiar with some of the ones you mentioned.
I'm not as big on electro though I do have some Ladytron floating around.
I'm not to familiar with the other electro artists you mentioned I've only ever heard a few songs.
Well I know Crystal Castles but as a huge Trevor Brown fan after that whole fiasco I just don't have it in me to even give them a chance.

My GF is in love with this song & I hadn't noticed any links from this band in the thread so figured I'd mention it.
It's worth checking out a good quality version of the song if you get the chance as the link above doesn't cut it.
I was only recently introduced to there "End" album & am looking forward to checking out some of there other albums in the future.
