eating Nurofen

If you've got a low or no tolerance to opiates, I'd just stick with the codeine to start with; just incase you find you cant handle it or you get sick. Once you're used to it though; it brings it on nicely. Just take it easy and be careful with how much you drink/smoke.

its alright with cones be careful with how much u drink though
 
drinking and codeine is something you should be careful with as both are CNS depressants.
I like the feeling of a joint before bed after being on opiates though.. I have a feeling its also not something you should mix in large amounts either.
 
CWE is simple:
-Pop all the tablets out in the pack (usually 50 if they are 8mg)
-Put the whole tablets into a small bowl and pour tap water over them until they are just covered (you want about as much water as can fit in the coffee filter)
-Leave for 2minutes
-Stir the mixture, all the tablets should dissolve into a sludge.
-Put into freezer
-Wait about 15min
-Put coffee filter over a deep cup and then wet it.
-Pour mixture into coffee filter
-Put back into freezer
-Throw away solids in the filter and drink the bitter water.

I find this takes less time than splitting a bunch of pills. I've done both methods for a long time and CWE works out cheaper and easier.

Is there anything I can use besides a coffee filter? There aren't any in my house. Sure, I could go and buy some, but if I can use something else...
 
i use a hanky works like a charm im sure a little ibuprofen/paracetamol gets through but i rekn u get a higher codiene extraction
 
If your going to use cloth make sure the gauge of the material is very fine and use a few layers.
This thread is going in circles, about 3 pages back this was talked about in a bit of depth. I recommend the "Search this Thread:" box at the bottom of your screen before asking something that could have been covered already. This will keep the already huge thread relatively easy to navigate.
(BT said the same thing a few pages back I think)
 
Incidently, I havent had a non splittblae in a fair while. And Ive come to the belief that all (not including those blacksheep 72's) are the same, but may be of a different age, and that is what causes the splittable non splittable tablets.
 
I agree with pinkanga, I think that as they age they become splitable (except the 72 packs).

I also find that the microwave technique, if used very carefully can 'artificially' age the unsplitable pills making them split fine with damaging the pill at all. (ie no discolouration yuck smells etc)
 
^^ Im unconviced about using the microwave - sure it helps splut them, but as we all know heat is bad for codeine, and the last time me and my roommate nuked a whole box the effects were greatly diminished.

How did you manage to get that? Just told them you had a morphine addicition and wanted to ween yourself off it? What does the codiene come in? A tablet with just codiene in it?

Also. with the new packaging they are using for the 48's (same as 72's now) I am yet to find 1 single splittable pill......what have they done???:(
 
theyve swirled the chemicals (cuz they cant mix em) personally i cant see why people would want to consume more binder than codiene does it get u high?
 
I knew they did that for the 72's but not the 48 packs. I Spose it makes sense for them to phase in the new packaging and mixing process for all lines.
 
John Candy: I didn't just tell them I had a morphine addiction I provided evidence. I then reduced this to a minimal level and switched to codeine (shorter WD period), initially I was prescribed Panadeine Forte and we reduced the dose over two weeks.
I had a nasty relapse at the end of the second week and did 614.4 mg (48 pack). The doctor got angry and phoned turning point as he didn't want to risk any liability.
The guy he talked to said "no that's not possible, you can't split neurophen tell him to stop and come to turning point for buperenorphine treatment).
My Doctor told me this and he said he believed me more than the guy on the phone about the N+ splitting. But that the advice he was given was also legal advice and that I cannot take neurophen + to taper my addiction. (he would be liable for my miss-use of the medication)
I said there was no way I was going into a methodone or bupe. program and that I had "official accepted his medical advice" but that off the record I would give it a shot with the N+'s with drastic (150 mg per day) reductions.
He has gone on holidays for 3 weeks and want's to see how it turns out after he gets back.
so all pretty complicated and f*ckt up really, be careful with this stuff everybody (not the first time I have said that)
 
A 48pack isnt too bad... it could have been worse. I had two 48 packs on from Sunday arvo until about midnight. Im also over it and pretty much have quit.
 
I tired this other day after almost year without opiates out of boredom, I had heap of leftovers packets of N + which contained 12.8mg or something of codeine per pill which I use for my back muscles pains from heavy lifting in the kitchen just for a bit of relief, found it a waste of time maybe I was used to the buzz I remembered in my mind when I abused oxycontin and hydromorphone (dillie's). I somehow managed to CWE almost over 450mg of codeine .... just got tired, slept well.

BT - why don't you close this thread, there's enough of answers here, if anyone wants to post a question, they could always PM you?

I to have noticed the distinct lack of effect with consuming codiene from nurofen (and panafin).

I don't even get tired anymore.

After stopping for a month because of this very affect I had about 350MG and apart from the itch effect barely felt anything. (just splits no CWE)

From my days of taking similar amounts of codiene from a panadine forte i am distinctly aware of what a good hit should feel like but it just doesn't seem to be doing it anymore.
 
We could close this thread, maybe BT will. But you guys keep forgetting what you've posted about and continue to cover the same thing over and over so its probably better that all the crap is just swept into one massive pile isnt it ;)
