In terms of dosage, start off small (Under 10 or whatever) and build up in 2's or 4's if you enjoy it enough to continue. Your tolerance will increase _rapidly_ so bear that in mind, and spread out each session to maximise enjoyment. After you get past the level where you need the full 48 pack/ 400mg to get the buzz your kinda maxed out.

In my opinion, the whole batch number, odds or evens thing is a crock. I dont think theres any rythme or reason to which ones are splittable. Think its probabaly got more to do with the conditions under which the packs are stored/temperature/time kept. This is also supported in the fact that ive definitely got more splittable packs from the big chain chemists that have a higher turnover. (with the pack sitting on the shelf for shorter periods) Could be wrong through *shrug*.

When your splitting them, use either a pill splitter or a knife that goes to a point but isnt too sharp. Once you have an eye for where the sweet-spot split is, dont think in terms of 'cutting' it in half.. you want to more of 'pop' it off in one smooth tap. Youll have much more success, particularly in the half-splittable cases, where a sharper knife will shear and crumble a pill but a duller one will seperate it cleanly.

Weed and codeine combine very well, so be safe and have fun!

what does the codeine taste like just so when i split it i know which half is which as i havent seen these yet and the diagrams are confusing me sorry if this has been asked and i have skimmed ova it but...

Very bitter. Personally, I find the best way to test them (other than a test kit) is to try to dissolve both halves in some water. Codeine side should break up and sperate easily (some binders won't dissolve, but they will break apart) while the ibuprofen side will have a chunk that wont break up well (the 200mg
of ibuprofen).

I've been hitting the N+ for about a year now, going through about 3 packs every 2 days. I have bought it from big chain pharmacies, small pharmacies and large pharmacies and I have never *once* been challenged as to the purpose or frequency of my use.

I think it basically comes down to this: The pharmacy, like any store, wants your $$. They could care less about your use, so long as you fork out the $7-8 a pack and fuck off out of their shop.

I have 3 pharmacies in my 'rotation' and simply walk straight up to where the counter is, ask for the N+, sit through the "athsma, other medication, food and allergies" spiel, pay and piss off.

Having said that, there are a couple of common sense tactics to employ: Vary the time of day when you make your purchase. Odds are, if the pharmacy is open late (say, to 10pm, most are) there will be a shift change half way through the day meaning a new set of smily pharmacist faces to fix you up.

Have at least 3 pharmacies in your 'rotation'. This means that you'll have 3*2 (i.e. 6) lots of staff sets to play with. Even if you buy a pack a day, you'll still have a good chance of encourtering each staff set ~ 1 time a week.

As far as some being splittable and others not, I've found that the 24 packs are nearly always splittable, whereas the 48 often aren't. I'm not sure if this is due to the rotation of the 24s on the shelf (presumably they move faster) or just mere chance, but the 24s seem infinitely more splittable.

has anyone ever extracted codeine? its quite easy.crush, mix in boiling water, sit for half hour, and filter.you can then mix the solution with cordial and drink it, or u can let the water evaporate.this however, does take a while. this will save the lining of ur stomach, its the paracetamol in them that fucks u. if u are just eating them down , they do cause constipation, and my frend has had piles for the last 2 weeks from eating too many..i went to buy them the other day, and had to show i.d.if you are just eating them down whole, watch out, your stomach will feel the impact and can leave u in quite a bit of pain.
 
firstly pharmacists do know that we are taking them recreationaly it is very obdvious, both my pears are pharmacists and i work in them and it is so easy to spot he people who come in to just get the plus they wander around dreamingly and then walk up the counter and ask straight away for it not hey just wondering what a nice strong pain releiver would make it a lot better claims more i dont know what i want what are my options, but all that can happen if we do thik that the person is not going to use properly is say hey sorry but could you please leave, then you can just go and try the next pharmacy, no great loss but it will happen i have been told on numerous occasions to say no, it is suss as when u get a 14 yr old but 128 nurofen +, and saying they are for my headache, thats what happened last night n e way
 
I think this thread is getting close to the end of its life... and is just going around in circles now. There's 17 pages of replies now, and apparently nobody cbf reading any of them so they're just duplicating info.

For once last time: "Codeine extraction has been thoroughly discussed in other threads, and this one, and is NOT an issue with Nurofen because they SPLIT IN HALF which is the purpose of this thread... However, it does still work if you try it with Nurofen, as ibuprofen is less soluble in cold water than codeine."

Sorry for being pedantic, but some things really need to be spelt out clearly -- as you say, apparently nobody "cbf" reading all the posts.

Nurofen won't split in half -- only Nurofen Plus will. It is only Nurofen Plus that contains codeine phosphate.

The Cold Water Extraction (CWE) method of seperating the codeine phospahte from the Ibuprofen should be performed using cool to warm water (upto about 40C). Excessive heat is not good for the codeine.

That's presumably why its called a COLD water extraction. Not a warm or HOT water extraction...

Using warmish water turns the ibuprofen into a less managable goo. Don't bother extracting N+, in my opinion. If you're gonna do a CWE then buy the cheap generic paracetamol + codeine shit.

Ok, I guess you can resort to the CWE if your N+ doesn't split very well :P

Still, Ibuprofen is a mess!

My mistake. I misread this table where codeine at 21C is about 3 times more soluble than at 31C.
Codeine phosphate and sulphate tablets should be stored in well-closed, light-resistant containers at a temperature less than 40°C (104°F), preferably between 15-30°C (59-86°F).

Is it just me, or are most boxes these days unsplittable? I used to get a splittable rate of around 80%. The last few weeks however I have gotten around 10% of my boxes which were splittable.....

It's a mystery as to why though. Any ideas?

Ok can someone please put my over-active mind at rest... codeine on its own does not and cannot cause ulcers right? I suspect Mel Smith would have been too stupid to split them 8)

FYI: I bought 2 48 packs at once yesterday and the pharmacist didnt flinch =D

EDIT: has anyone ever bought vicodin or hydrocodin online? Now I know it looks bad - N+, vicodin, etc... whats next? Nut really its not like that. Im just curious is all, as there is many a site that sells 'em, and if Jack Osbourne likes it it must be good;) Joking:| :|

I used to buy all my bupe from pharmacies in Thailand and India,
sadly its not as easy these days. I've never found an online pharmacy that will send hydrocodone into Australia. I do know of 1 or 2 that claim to send it world wide.
 
I know there was a diagram somewhere in which way to spit them but I can't find it. It was something like (n+)(ibuprofen) and you'd spit it down the middle but I'd like to actually know
 
ha ha, dude, its 16 pages long.

get the tablet on its length-ways side. have the n+ facing left, and the blank facing right.

take a sharp edge (i use a sharp kitchen knife) and PRESS dont CUT the tablet in half. try to aim in the middle of the tablet.

it should pop apart.

take ONLY the n+ side (if you have to at all).
