Which is ironically far more salty than actual salt. Can't stand the stuff myself. Salt is only bad for you if you use a fuckload - lower tolerance and give your tastebuds a chance ;)

Que? KFC + gravy?!? Been with my northern brethren thus far but on KFC? I feel a bit queasy just thinking about it. Although that may well just be thinking of KFC - one of those things if you have made it you would not choose to eat it however it tastes or however much gravy is sloshed upon it.

You assume that I like lo-salt because it's healthier or something when actually it's coz itz saltier (as you suggested) and somewhat fizzy upon the tip of my tongue.

Especially good in my auntie's homemade Yorkshire puddings :)

I wouldn't put gravy with white fish but a light meat based jus (espescially if made into a vinaigrette) can be very nice. Unfortunately I don't have the stuff needed for that.
 
Teehee. I was expecting you to talk about jus at some point. (Does sound pretty nice, though. Have had some incredible fish dishes recently in restaurants.)

I think you take me too seriously. More seriously than I take gravy. As much as I worship the stuff, I'm never smashing it all over white fish. I'm also never publicly using the word 'jus' ;)
 
Freely available around here (Saveloy not dog penis) although I'm north-west mids, not north-west.
