Steak and Ale pie, mash and onion gravy - so a nice summery dish :D

Not really good at portion control though, so I'll be trying to figure out inventive ways of putting this pint of onion gravy to good use all week (it's the slow-cooked, fully caramelised tits, if I say so myself, so not about to bin it). Not an ideal situ in salad weather though.

I think there's a gravy line somewhere around Watford. I went to Uni in Kent and was in gravy WDs for 3 years.

Haha. I'm working in Southend at the moment, no gravy here either I could never live down south, unless it was the very bottom tip of Cornwall.

Yeah, it's definitely a consideration when choosing where to live.. the weather and surfing in the SW would definitely be tempting, but lack of gravy.. eesh.
